There are construction works planned to be carried out related to recontruction of the aerodrome infrastructure which may affect the aerodrome users. 1. ZADANIE 1 1. TASK 1 Zakres prac obejmuje budowę: - równoległej TWY - 1450 x 45 m; - TWY H - 180 x 45 m; - TWY G - 150 x 10 m; - TWY B; - oraz rozbudowę APN 1. The scope of works involves construction of: - parallel TWY - 1450 x 45 m; - TWY H - 180 x 45 m; - TWY G - 150 x 10 m; - TWY B; - and extension of APN 1. Przewidywany okres prowadzenia prac: kwiecień - lipiec 2014 r. The expected period of works: April - July 2014. Rejon prowadzenia prac będzie wygrodzony. Prace realizowane bezpośrednio przy czynnych TWY lotniska będą zabezpieczane przez służby operacyjne. W tym czasie niedostępne będą: - TWY F; - TWY E; - TWY A3 - częściowo; - APN 4; - APN 3 - częściowo. Szczegółowe informacje podawane będą w NOTAM. ZADANIE 1A - remont nawierzchni RWY (nawierzchni betonowej) w rejonie TWY C, lewa strona RWY na dystansie od 260 m do 350 m od THR 13 na szerokości 30 m. Przewidywany okres prowadzenia prac: pierwsza połowa czerwca 2014 r. Rejon prac nie będzie wygradzany. RWY dostępna będzie na dystansie 2100 m. THR 13 zostanie przesunięty w kierunku SE o 400 m. TWY z dostępnej RWY do TWY C zostanie wyznaczona i oznakowana wg schematu (patrz mapa). Zamontowane zostanie również oznakowanie krawędziowe nocne. Kołowanie w rejonie prac tylko w asyście koordynatora Follow me. W trakcie prowadzenia prac przewidywane są czasowe zamknięcia RWY. Jednocześnie częściowo realizowane będą prace z zadania 3 (budowa TWY B, rozbudowa APN 1). Szczegółowe informacje podawane będą w NOTAM. The construction site will be fenced. Safety measures related to the works carried out directly in the area of the TWYs being in use will be provided by operational services. Within this period, the following will not be available: - TWY F; - TWY E; - TWY A3 - partly; - APN 4; - APN 3 - partly. Detailed information will be provided by NOTAM. TASK 1A - renovation of RWY surface (concrete surface) in the vicinity of TWY C, the left side of RWY along the distance between 260 m to 350 m from THR 13 in the width of 30 m. The expected period of works: the first half of June 2014. The construction site will not be fenced. The RWY will be available along the distance of 2100 m. THR 13 will be displaced by 400 m in the southeasterly direction. TWY from the available RWY to TWY C will be designated and marked according to the diagram (see chart). Night edge markings will be also installed. Taxiing in the area of the works with the Follow me assistance only. Temporary closures of the RWY are expected during the period of conducting the works. TASK 1B - renovation of RWY concrete surface along the distance of 350 m from THR 13 in the width of 60 and 30 m. Przewidywany okres prowadzenia prac: druga połowa czerwca 2014 r. The expected period of works: the second part of June 2014. Rejon prac nie będzie wygradzany. RWY dostępna będzie na dystansie 2100 m. TWY z dostępnej RWY do TWY C zostanie dodatkowo wyznaczona i oznakowana wg schematu (patrz mapa). Zamontowane zostanie również oświetlenie krawędziowe. Kołowanie w rejonie prowadzonych prac tylko w asyście koordynatora Follow me. Jednocześnie prowadzone będą prace związane z realizacją zadania 3 (budowa TWY B, rozbudowa APN 1). TASK 2 - budowę TWY równoległej do RWY - 600 x 45 m; - remont i rozbudowę APN 2-200 x 100 m. - construction of TWY parallel with the RWY - 600 x 45 m; - renovation and extension of APN 2-200 x 100 m. Przewidywany okres prowadzenia prac: sierpień - wrzesień 2014 r. The expected period of works: August - September 2014. Rejon prac będzie wygrodzony, zapewnione będą odległości bezpieczne od czynnych używanych nawierzchni lotniskowych. W tym czasie niedostępne będą: - TWY D; - TWY A1 - częściowo; - APN 2 - częściowo. Szczegółowe informacje podawane będą w NOTAM. W trakcie realizacji zadania nie przewiduje się ograniczeń w funkcjonowaniu lotniska. The construction site will be fenced, safe distances from the aerodrome surfaces in use will be kept. Within this period the following will be unavailable: - TWY D; - TWY A1 - partly; - APN 2 - partly. Detailed information will be provided by NOTAM. No limitations on the aerodrome use shall be imposed during the realization of the task. 3. ZADANIE 3 3. TASK 3 - budowę TWY równoległej do TWY C - 100 x 45 m; - remont TWY C - 140 x 37 m; - remont APN 1-130 x 200 m. - construction of TWY parallel to TWY C - 100 x 45 m; - renovation of TWY C - 140 x 37 m; - renovation of APN 1-130 x 200 m. Przewidywany okres prowadzenia prac: październik - listopad 2014 r. The expected period of works: October - November 2014. Rejon prac będzie wygrodzony, zapewnione będą odległości bezpieczne od czynnych używanych nawierzchni lotniskowych. Prace prowadzone w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie czynnych TWY lotniska będą zabezpieczane przez służby operacyjne. W tym czasie niedostępne będą: - TWY C; - APN 1. Szczegółowe informacje podawane będą w NOTAM. W trakcie realizacji zadania przewiduje się wydłużenie czasów operacji (konieczność kołowania nową TWY H i TWY R od/do RWY 13/31). The construction site will be fenced, safe distances from the aerodrome surfaces in use will be kept. During the realization of the task times of flight operations are expected to be extended (taxiing out of/to RWY 13/31 along the new TWY H and TWY R is necessary) 4. ZADANIE 4 4. TASK 4 - remont RWY 13/31. - renovation of RWY 13/31. Przewidywany termin prowadzenia prac: marzec - czerwiec 2015 r. The expected period of works: March - June 2015. Rejon prac będzie wygrodzony. Na lotnisku wyznaczona zostanie zastępcza RWY 31R. W tym czasie niedostępne będą: - nowa TWY B; - odremontowana TWY C; - nowa TWY H; - APN 4. W okresie tym dostępność lotniska zostanie ograniczona (lądowania tylko na RWY 31R o wymiarach 2100 x 45 m). Minimalne warunki meteorologiczne zostaną określone i opublikowane w NOTAM. The construction site will be fenced. Alternative RWY 31R will be designated at the aerodrome. Within this period the following will be unavailable: - new TWY B; - renovated TWY C; - new TWY H; - APN 4. Availability of the aerodrome will be limited within this period (landings only at RWY 31R with the dimensions of 2100 x 45 m).
