The flight restriction areas EA 61A, EA 61B are segregated within the airspace of responsibility of WARSZAWA FIS and KRAKÓW FIS. The flight restriction areas EA 61A, EA 61B are designated for low helicopter flights conducted from EPTM aerodrome by day and by night using nightobservation devices. Other aircraft may enter the areas after obtaining permission from the organiser of flights. Flights within the flight restriction areas EA 61A, EA 61B will be conducted away from the assigned boundaries of the areas and without infringing them. The flight restriction areas EA 61A, EA 61B are to be requested and activated by the organiser of flights according to the MIL AIP ENR 2.2.4. Danger activity areas (Ustka Alfa and Ustka Bravo) will be active in accordance with flight restriction areas activity time. Flights within the flight restriction areas may be performed only by aircraft participating in the exercise. Ustka Alfa and Ustka Bravo areas established for activities of a dangerous nature and potential hazard which may pose a threat to civil aircraft. Civil ATS will not be available. A relevant Control Post or Command Post of the Central Air Force Training Ground in Ustka (SD CP SP Ustka) are responsible for the security and command of the activities within the areas. The flight restriction areas are to be requested and activated by the EPRA ARO according to the procedure described in MIL AIP, MIL ENR 2.2.4, points 4 and 5.1. Aircraft not participating in the air show may enter the flight restriction areas after consultation with the ATS Co-ordinator. Crews conducting flights within the flight restriction areas at speeds greater than 250 kt IAS will maintain a distance of 500 ft from the upper and lower limits of the areas and a horizontal buffer of 3.5 NM within the areas. Flights within the flight restriction areas and at speeds not greater than 250 kt IAS shall be conducted by the user under VFR at speeds giving adequate opportunity to observe other traffic or any obstacles in time to avoid a collision with traffic outside the area. Flight operations shall be carried out away from the assigned boundaries and without infringing them. Flight plans of aircraft participating in the air show will contain the remark Air Show 2015 instead of a diplomatic authorization number. Take-offs and landings at EPRP aerodrome may be conducted after consultation with the ATS Co-ordinator. During the activity of the flight restriction areas, TRA 05, MRT 1 and MRT 2 will not be activated.
