4 TABERNACLE LIGHTS IN MEMORY OF + Henryk Zienta Consider honoring a loved one, living or deceased, by Lighting a Tabernacle Candle (Church, Adoration Chapel or Chapel) The Parish Pastoral Council is sponsoring Our "FEED THE HUNGRY" food drive on the weekend of March 10th and 11th. All are encouraged to participate by donating nonperishable foods in the "FEED THE HUNGRY" boxes that will be located in the Bishop Andrew Wypych gathering space in the rear of church. The food will be given to the St. Cyprian Ecumenical Food Pantry for distribution to the people in our community that are in need of assistance. THE BIBLE: who, what, when, where, how, and why? Fr. Joe Mulcrone of our parish will give a five-week course on THE BIBLE, on Wednesdays, starting on February 21st, in Stokes Center. He will discuss who the authors were, when did the Bible "begin," where did this happen, etc. The sessions will begin at 7 pm and end by 8 pm. FREE. Voice and sign-language. Bring your own Bible with you. Everyone is welcome. You do NOT have to be an "expert" about the Bible to participate. STATIONS OF THE CROSS WEDNESDAY: School Children & Families 2:30 pm in Church FRIDAY: English - 6:00 pm in Chapel Polish - pm in Church RESPECT LIFE In the Dark The following words were written by a young lady who had an abortion, and illustrate a common theme the Church encounters in those who have had abortions. Cases like this show the need for the efforts the pro-life movement makes to counsel those who feel pressured to abort, and to give them alternatives: The counseling was only pro-abortion. No information was given to me about pro-life choices or agencies at the abortion clinic. They also told me it wouldn t hurt. It was extremely painful. I was not told anything about how this would affect me for the rest of my life. There will be a Healing Mass in the Chapel on Thursday, March 8th with Fr. Aniello, March 15th with Fr. Bob Miller, & March 22nd with Fr. Kuzma, after the Rosary at pm.

We offer: - 3 Year Old Pre-School - Five Days - Monday- Friday Half Day - 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Full Day - 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - 4 Year Old Pre-Kindergarten - Five Days - Monday through Friday Half Day - 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Full Day - 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Full Day Kindergarten Monday through Friday - 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Grades 1 through 8 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Extended Day Program (EDP) (offered on all days school is in session; this program is tax deductible) 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please stop by the school office (3535 North Panama) on any regular school day to register your child/ren. Please bring an original birth certificate (including birth number) and baptismal certificate. Copies of your documents will be made in the school office. A nonrefundable $ registration fee and non-refundable $ tuition deposit are due at the time of registration. If you have any questions, please call the school at Father Lojek has generously offered a $500 tuition credit to any family that recruits a new family to register and stay for the new school year. You are our ambassadors on why St. Francis Borgia School is the best for your child. Please spread the 2018/2019 word and earn your tuition credit. Our Annual School Raffle for 2018 is underway. Tickets are $10 each with 10 monetary prizes given. 1st Prize - $3000, 2nd Prize -$1000, 3rd Prize - $500, 4th-10th Prize -$100 Our school families will be selling tickets after all of the Masses. Drawing will be held on the evening of April 21st at our Borgia Benefits fundraiser in Mayall Hall. If you can, help us out by purchasing a ticket or two. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help with the school operating costs.
