W ciągu kilku ostatnich tygodni wiele nietypowych wydarzeń towarzyszy naszemu codziennemu życiu. Huragan Harvey w Teksasie oraz Huragan Irma na Wyspach Karaibskich i Florydzie oraz kolejny jak Jose, zmuszają nas do zastanowienia się nad tym, jak nasze życie na ziemi uzależnione jest od wielu zewnętrznych czynników. Przy tej okazji chciałbym podziekowac za Wasze wsparcie finansowe dla ofiar huraganów Harvey i Irma. Zebraliśmy $2,165.00. Dziękuję wszystkim za dar solidarności z ludźmi w potrzebie. Chcialbym bardzo podziękować za udzial w Jesiennej Loterii. Sukces tej loterii będzie można zobaczyć poprzez realizację projektu związanego z remontem drugiej zakrystii. Chcę zarazem powiedzieć, ze jeszcze nie jest on realizowany ale wszystkie prace będą wykonane. Dzięki Waszemu finansowemu wsparciu, wszystko się uda. Informuję zarazem, że w ciągu ostatnich kilku tygodni ciągle są prowadzone prace we wszystkich budynkach. Malowanie i zabezpieczanie elementów drewnianych, konserwacja jesienna systemu AC oraz naprawa i konserwacja systemu grzewczego w rektory i kosciele. Piotr FROM THE PASTOR S DESK Dear Parishioners and Friends of Saint Hedwig s Church. During the last few weeks many unusual events have accompanied our everyday life. Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Hurricane Irma in the Caribbean and another one-jose, forcing us to reflect on how our lives on earth are dependent on many external factors. On this occasion, I would like to thank you for your financial support for Hurricane victims: Harvey and Irma. We collected $2,165.00. Thank you all for the gifts for people in need. I would like to thank you very much for participating in the Fall Lottery. The success of this lottery can be seen in support of the project related to the repair of the second sacristy. I want to say at the same time, that it is not yet implemented but all the work will be done. Thanks to your financial support, all is going to be completed in time. I would also like to inform you that during the last few weeks the work is still being carried out in all our buildings. Painting and protection of wooden elements, the winter protection of the AC system and the repair of the heating system in the rectory and the church.
