Our Parish School: We are part of an excellent co-sponsored elementary school: All Saints Academy. For information call: 201-443-8384 Religious Education For Children: CCD classes are held every Sunday from September through April at 9:15 am. Classes are conducted in our school building. Confessions: Daily Monday to Saturday following the 7:00 am Mass. Saturday afternoons at 4:00 pm. Sacrament Of The Sick: Sick Calls or other Emergency Calls should be made to the rectory at any time. Arrangements can also be made for regular visitations at home or hospital for Holy Communion and/or Confession. We urge you to keep us aware of parishioners who are ill in the hospital or at home. Marriages: Please make arrangements at least one year in advance. Couples are urged to solemnize their vows at a Nuptial Mass. Baptisms: The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated each month on the First Sunday (in English) and on the Third Sunday (in Polish). A required Baptismal Program for Parents is conducted at 1:00 pm on the second Sunday of the month in Polish and on the last Sunday in English. You may also call the rectory. Patronal Feast Day July 16, 2014 Our Triduum of Prayers to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel begins on July 13. We will pray the devotions at the conclusion of each morning Mass. On Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday the devotions will follow the Morning Masses. There will be a closing Mass on Wednesday, July 16, at 7:00 PM (During the Triduum, all the intentions submitted on the intention envelopes will be remembered.) Corpus Christi Thank You s! Youth News Last week, Troop 19 held a Scouting Investitures dedication of the scouts, leaders and parents led by Fr. Michael Barone. A Scout Court of Honor followed to award earned rank advancements and merit badges to the scouts. Troup 19 meets every Thursday from 7:30 9:00 PM in the Parish Center. Boys 10 to 16 and their parents are invited to check us out! Youth Group July 13th Picnic Grilled Hot Dogs & Hamburgers with a Fixings table. Picnic snacks & Cold Beverages. Dessert Table with Hot Beverages. Special Pricing!! Since the Youth Group want to make this event affordable for all, they have decided on a reduced ticket price! $ 12.00 for adults ( 14 to 99 ) [Those over 99 are FREE!] $ 8.00 for children ( 13 and younger ) Raffles, prizes and fun guaranteed! Uroczystość Świętych Apostołów Piotra i Pawła 29.06.2014 W jednym i tym samym dniu czcimy męczeństwo dwóch Apostołów. Oni też stanowili jedno. Chociaż cierpieli w różnych dniach, stanowili jedno. Piotr wyruszył pierwszy. Za nim podążył Paweł. Obchodzimy dziś uroczystość Apostołów uświęconą ich własną krwią. Umiłujmy zatem ich wiarę, życie, trudy, cierpienia, świadectwo i naukę" głosił przed wiekami w kazaniu ku czci Piotra i Pawła św. Augustyn. Święto patronalne naszej parafii Matki Bożej z Góry Karmel 16 lipca 2014 Modlitwy Triduum Our Lady of Mt. Carmel zaczynamy w dniu 13 lipca. Specjalne nabożeństwa na zakończenie każdej porannej Mszy Św. Uroczysta Msza Św. na zakończenie Triduum w środę 16 lipca o 19:00 PM (W czasie Triduum, prosimy o przedstawianie swoich modlitw w specjalnych kopertach). Boże Ciało Podziękowania! Specjalne podziękowania dla wszystkich, którzy zaangażowali się w przygotowanie uroczystości Bożego Ciała. Podziękowania dla: ks. Roberta i ks. Wacława, kościelnych i ministrantὁw, Dayle a i naszego chóru! Szczególne podziękowania dla następujących grup, ktὁre przygotowały cztery ołtarze: Wspὁlnota Rodzin Nazaretańskich Koło Nowej Polonii Mt. Carmel Gildia Grupa służby ołtarza Chcemy również podziękować wszystkim, którzy wzięli udział w dekanalnej procesji Bożego Ciała ulicami naszego miasta. W pięknej procesji z kościoła z NMP Gwiazdy Morza do kościóła św Henryka wzięło udział około 400 osób. Na zakończenie uroczystości biskup Donato podziękował wszystkim bardzo sedecznie i udzielił swojego błogosławieństwa. Bardzo sedecznie witamy przyjaciela naszej parfii: Fr. Adama Ziółkowski SDS! Fr. Adam był z nami przez 4 lata. Obecnie jest na studiach doktoranckich na Katolickim Uniwersytecie Lubelskim, w Polsce. Będzie z nami aż do końca sierpnia. Prosimy o gościnne przyjęcie, niech poczuje się jak w domu!
