SWOT Analysis SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used to evaluate the: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favourable and unfavourable to achieving that objective.
SWOT Analysis If a clear objective has been identified, SWOT analysis can be used to help in the pursuit of that objective. In this case, SWOTs are: Strengths: attributes of the organization that are helpful to achieving the objective. Weaknesses: attributes of the organization that are harmful to achieving the objective. Opportunities: external conditions that are helpful to achieving the objective. Threats: external conditions that are harmful to achieving the objective.
Two different version of the SWOT Analysis not really objective objectify version
Not really objective version How can we Use each Strength? How can we Stop each Weakness? How can we Exploit each Opportunity? How can we Defend against each Threat?
Steps of objective version of SWOT analysis 1. Characteristic of the organisation 2. Identifying of the key area 3. Identifying of the parameters 4. Evaluation of the importance (weight) of the parameters 5. Standardisation of the importance of the parameters 6. Evaluation of the parameters 7. Find of the weighing mark 8. Counting of the sum weighting marks 9. Identifying of the strategy area

IX Step: Identifying of the strategy area
Określenie strategii OS - pole obniżonego ryzyka, możliwa strategia kontynuacji i rozwoju (wykorzystanie mocnych stron klubu w warunkach przychylności otoczenia). OW - pole średniego ryzyka, konieczna zmiana rozwiązań systemowych w klubie (przezwyciężenie słabości klubu poprzez wykorzystanie możliwości płynących z otoczenia). TS - pole średniego ryzyka, konieczna zmiana strategii głównie części rynkowej (wykorzystanie mocnych stron klubu w celu przezwyciężenia zagrożeń, które istnieją w otoczeniu ). TW - pole dużego ryzyka, konieczna wszechstronna zmiana strategii (minimalizacja skutków słabej kondycji klubu działającego w niesprzyjającym otoczeniu)
