The basic role of heart and vascular system is to provide tissue for needful substrate, on which an organism lives, and delete metabolism products. This task is realize on the microcirculation of capillaries level. Many diseases lead to disorder microcirculation. The first is arteriosclerosis, significant reason world death, the second are veins diseases, concern above half population people in high developed industry country. The rising number of people, suffering from peripheral veins diseases, cause searching and use in practice new physiotherapy method. The aim of this procedure is reduce pain, which is induce of disease and also enable functioning in everyday life. Among diagnostic methods to let valuation microcirculation is Doppler examination using laser beam (Laser-Doppler). This examination define flow dynamics and level of blood. One of the newer therapy method, using for succor to treat many disease is High Tone Power Therapy (HiToP). The basic of this therapy was scientific research from many different branch of science e.g. medicine, physics, mathematics, physiology, biochemistry and other. This kind of comprehensive studies allow say about HiToP interdisciplinary phenomenon. The aim of this study was valuation influence of High Tone Power Therapy on peripheral microcirculation within inferior limbs. Material and method: The study covered a group of 3 people, aged -6 years. The first group included patients under treated from peripheral vascular system (artery and vein) inferior limb diseases, it was 16 people (attribute 4 and 1). The second group included 14 healthy people. Everybody has series of procedures from HighTone Power Therapy
involved inferior limb. Applied SimulFAMx program of this therapy. Before and after series of procedures made measurement flow blood using Laser-Dopler. Results: At everybody patients, after series of procedure, observed increase flow microcirculation dynamic inferior limb. Nevertheless, this results show some differences under influence of procedures. Observed significant increase of blood flow in people treated from peripheral vascular system compare with healthy people in who notice larger increase only minimal parameter. Conclusion: Preliminary results showed that HighTone Power Therapy is valuable cooperation using in order to treat people suffer from peripheral flow blood disorders. Table 1.
