From the Pastor s Desk On behalf of my family, I want to thank all of you for participating in the Memorial Mass for my mom. Thank you for your love, prayers, and support. A special thanks to Fr. Joe, Fr. Marek, and the Staff for preparing the Liturgy. I want to thank those who made their commitments for the Catholic Annual Appeal last weekend. I want to ask those who didn t have a chance to make a pledge yet, to do it this weekend. You can bring your pledge to the rectory or put in the collection basket. I believe that we will reach our goal if every household will take part in it. It is hard to believe that Lent begins this week on Ash Wednesday. We invite all of you to come and start the Lenten Journey with the sign of penance and repentance. Please follow the Lenten Schedule printed in our bulletin and join us for Lenten Devotions and prayers. On this Valentine weekend I thank You for your love for St. Francis Borgia Parish and I pray for all of you especially for all our married and engaged couples.
