Buma Contractor is a member of the Buma Group which acts as the General Contractor of projects. It executes comprehensive civil works for office and residential construction. Buma Contractor represents a team of qualified engineers, so the works are executed in accordance with the design documentation and good building practice. Buma Contractor is a company acting as a general contractor of the following range of investment projects: Constructing office and retail buildings; Housing construction; Constructing public buildings; Executing repair and upgrade works As part of its offering, Buma Contractor provides the following services: 1. Design management: Formulating design guidelines Drawing up overall schedules of investment projects Coordinating design work at the stage of design documentation preparation Optimising the cost of project construction 2. Preparing the project for construction: Conducting formal and legal procedures to obtain the construction permit 3. Construction of developments: a. Qualified, experienced technicians and engineers coordinate and supervise the following works: Specialised geotechnical works (deep foundations, soil mixing, excavation stabilisation) Earthworks Building shell Roofs and roofing Facades Water, sewerage, HVAC and electrical system installation Building automation, fire alarm, DSO, BMS, SSWIN, CCTV, KD and the like Builder s finishes, open space finish, or custom fit-out External technical services (utility grids and connections) Roads and car parks Land development and street furniture b. Controlling the compliance of project progress with the defined schedule of works Controlling the compliance of the development construction with the budget Controlling the compliance of the project progressing with the defined schedule of works Quality control of the works completed 4. Development acceptance and accounting Conducting the formal and legal procedure to obtain the occupancy permit Transferring the development to the Client 3

Buma Contractor is a member of the Buma Group. The Buma Group has been in business since 1991 and has so far erected over 1,800 apartments, 300 detached houses as well as office buildings with over 100,000 m2 of lettable space. Its many completed projects include the following office developments: Green Office, Buma Square Business Park, Rondo Business Park, Onyx, multi-unit housing buildings in London as well as housing estates in Krakow. The developments under construction comprise the Quattro Business Park with the lettable space of 48 800 m², the Familijne Housing Estate consisting of three building with the total of 320 flats as well as the Krakowskie Housing Estate, i.e. two buildings with the total of 93 flats. 26
