The division of the city into urban complexes takes into consideration the important relationships in the spatial layout of complexes. The required analyses pertain to the relationships with the surroundings and the evaluation of the existing state of land development. The projects should have more detailed and adjusted provisions from the city development plan. Special emphasis is put on plannistic recording in the form of plan drawing. The text portion in the local plan should introduce the provisions which are characteristic of the concept.
