Content of conversational exercises Contents Characteristics of the choreotherapy, ongoing issues and forms of graded assignment. Presentation of the required basic and supplementary literature. Theoretical basis: The importance of choreotherapy and / music Therapy in comprehensive rehabilitation, indications, basic rules of selecting music, knowledge about preparing plan of choreotherapy on paper. Music and movement excercises, music games with elements of dancing, rhythmic exercises. Expressive gymnastics of Rudolf Laban, improvisation exercises, movement interpretation of music, creative dancing with the use of gear, learning how to translate the language of music on body language, expression of mood through
movement. Modern forms of music and movement exercises with elements of dance. Selected forms and fitness: Zumba and dance aerobics. The elements of contemporary dance in choreotherapy. Developing coordination and motor memory. Learning simple choreography. Carrying out various forms of choreotherapy in a group according to the topic assigned by the teacher.
