Assessment criteria Final exam, class report, discussions, attendance. The instructor expects regular attendance at all class meetings. Attendance policy: up to three absences there is no penalization, four absences - 0,5 point subtracted from final grade (on a 2 to 5 scale), five absences 1 point subtracted from final grade, six or more absences - student may be required to withdraw from that course without credit. 5,0 EXELLENT: outstanding skills and knowledge of relevant material, complete understanding of material dealt with. 4,5 VERY GOOD: above the average standard with only minor errors 4,0 GOOD: generally sound work with some minor errors 3,5 SATISFACTORY: fair but with a number of notable errors 3,0 SUFFICIENT: fair but with significant shortcomings 2,0 FAIL 5
