The aim of roject is to reare a Diloma roject task/diloma thesis task in the field of the Cororate Finance secialisation including formal as well as substantive requirements concerning diloma rojects/diloma theses reared by the students at the Faculty of Management and Comuter Modelling together with taking individual interests into consideration. The formulated Diloma roject task/diloma thesis task being an effect of student s co-oeration with an academic teacher is a formal requirement to comlete diloma roject/thesis under the academic teacher s suervision during the sixth semester. A student has basic knowledge as regards the methods and rinciles of formulating research roblems, their hierarchisation, the method of formulating research targets and structuring of the formulated research roblem. A student has basic knowledge of substantive and formal requirements concerning diloma rojects/theses resulting from binding legal regulations at the Faculty of Management and Comuter Modelling. A student is able to utilise theoretical knowledge as regards finance to identify henomena and rocesses occurring in: the comany sector, the ublic financial sector, the banking and non-banking financial institutions sector as regards their analysis in terms of diloma roject/thesis. A student can identify (using the literature on the subject) the fields and roblems of his/her research interest in the finance sector as well as in economy concerning their analysis as art of diloma roject/thesis; a student is also able to analyse their relevance and usefulness. A student is able to formulate his/her research roblem with the assistance of the academic teacher, which is art of the analysis as regards diloma roject/thesis, and determine its goal and the range of research. A student understands the imortance of correct analysis concerning the henomena and rocesses occurring in economy and in the financial sector as regards their research and artial analyses.
