2 TEACHING RESULTS AND THE METHODS OF ASSESSING TEACHING RESULTS Module target The aim of the module is to familiarise students with the EU funds as well as with the implementation system in Poland. Students gain knowledge of identifying possible support forms for potential beneficiaries (particularly enterprises) and main principles of gaining funds. Students, after subject completion, will have theoretical knowledge of the EU project financing resources concerning various purposes; students will also acquire practical skills concerning project preparation co-funded with the EU financial resources. A student also knows both the institutional system of implementing EU funds in Poland and potential beneficiaries. A student identifies basic principles (organisational, legal and financial) of fundraising as regards developmental enterprises with EU funds through the institutions implementing funds. A student can utilise basic theoretical knowledge of EU funds and identify available co-funding resources with reference to enterprise development as well as other potential beneficiaries with EU funds. A student correctly uses the regulations as regards spending EU financial resources in order to solve enterprise development problems through supporting their development with EU funds. A student understands the necessity of continuous improving his/her knowledge as regards supporting the development of various beneficiary groups with the use of EU funds, particularly in terms of the changing premises and instruments of the EU policy. A student can think and act in a resourceful manner utilising available EU funds to establish a business entity and develop it.
