01 02 03 Style Functionality Responsibility Consumers want more than yet another shopping center. They want to spend their time in a trendy and friendly place. The bold, modern, minimalistic Galeria Echo project will create the center of southern Katowice. With perfected architectural details and engineering solutions, the project will meet the most sophisticated standards of functionality, comfort and quality of service. Many glazed panels and a monumental wall of glass storefronts at the main entrance will ensure access of natural light, creating an open space that is at the same time integrated with the environment. From planning the car park, vehicle and pedestrian entrances, through convenient arrangements for vertical movement, guaranteed intuitive and quick access to the project, to the choice of service and entertainment categories - we tried to envisage every need. We perceive the whole as a sum of details which determine the comfort and useful value for customers and tenants. The project of such an enormous size, located at the border of several city districts, cannot exist in isolation. Therefore, we choose intelligent building management systems and we use green technologies. We have designed Galeria Katowice as a project that performs certain community functions as well, such as active leisure, which will be possible indoors (with the numerous sports functions) as well as outdoors (due to the special design of recreation space). Respect for the environment in which the mall will be integrated, like the appearance of the project, determine the stylish quality of the development.
More than a shopping center Before we started working on the design, we created a vision of a place that would match the latest consumer trends, have a diverse offer, not only commercial one, and radiate activity, most of all to the south, and that would be convenient for the users and the lessees, smart and environment-friendly, while setting new aesthetic trends.
42 000 m 2 GLA is 42,000 m2 of precisely planned commercial space, combining stores of the most popular brands with an extensive entertainment and sports part, a group of restaurants serving world cuisine, and a modern, multi-screen movie theater. The presence of rest zones inside the building, and an outdoor patio and an outdoor square integrated with the building, with a rich recreational offer, form a unique climate that builds a good atmosphere for meeting others. new shopping experience

If you decide where to settle, choose south The potential which is still growing The southern part of Katowice is developing very rapidly. Here are the housing areas which are perceived as the best in town. At least 10 of these have been developed here during the recent years, and more are pending or planned.
