Zasady rekrutacji nauczycieli akademickich (pracowników dydaktycznych) Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej w Toruniu w ramach prowadzenia zajęć dydaktycznych do programu Erasmus+ na rok 2016/2017 1 W ramach programu Erasmus+ dostępna jest oferta wyjazdów dla nauczycieli akademickich do uczelni partnerskich (wykaz znajduje się w załączniku nr 1) w celu prowadzenia zajęć dydaktycznych. 2 Osoba wyjeżdżająca do uczelni partnerskiej w celu prowadzenia zajęć dydaktycznych powinna: 1) być pracownikiem dydaktycznym WSB w Toruniu zatrudnionym na podstawie umowy o pracę lub innej umowy cywilno-prawnej, 2) posiadać znaczny dorobek naukowy, 3) wykazywać się znajomością języka obcego, w którym przeprowadzi zajęcia dydaktyczne. 3 Pierwszeństwo przy kwalifikowaniu na wyjazd mają pracownicy dydaktyczni zatrudnieni na umowę o pracę. 4 Rekrutacja odbywa się w sposób ciągły od 1 czerwca 2016 r. do 30 września 2017 r. do momentu wyczerpania środków finansowanych przyznanych przez Narodową Agencję na realizację mobilności pracowników dydaktycznych Uczelni. 5 Kandydaci powinni złożyć w Dziale Współpracy z Zagranicą następujące dokumenty: 1) kwestionariusz osobowy z preferowanym krajem/uczelnią partnerską oraz terminem wyjazdu według wzoru (załącznik nr 2); 2) plan porozumienia o programie nauczania (załącznik nr 3, może ulec zmianie w trakcie roku akademickiego). 6 Wyboru uczestnika wyjazdu, na podstawie złożonych dokumentów, dokonuje Kanclerz WSB w Toruniu.

The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the teaching staff member. The teaching staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The teaching staff member and the sending institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The teaching staff member and the receiving institution will communicate to the sending institution/enterprise any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period.
