Page Four The Religious Education Program is designed for children from 1st grade through 8th grade that do not attend a Catholic Elementary School. Our program begins on Sunday, September 18 and continues through Sunday, May 21, 2017. We meet every Sunday and attend the Noon Mass on the first and third Sundays of a month. BĄDŹCIE GOTOWI Każdy z nas stale na coś, na kogoś czeka. Chorzy czekają za upragnione zdrowie, mocni na dobrą pracę, głodny na posiłek, zmęczony na czas odpoczynku, spokoju i ładu. Człowiek wierzący czeka na to, co mu obiecał Bóg. Święty Mateusza przypomina:,,dobrze, sługo wierny, byłeś wierny w rzeczach niewielu, nad wieloma cię postawię, wejdź do radości twego pana ( Mt. 25,21). Człowiek, który często myśli i dobrze się modli wchodzi w zażyłość z Bogiem, nieustannie za Nim tęskni, liczy się z Jego nauką, wypracowuje w sobie postawę przyjaciela Boga. Wtedy nasze myślenie, słowa i czyny zaczynają cieszyć, nabierają wymiaru najwyższych wartości. Czekanie nadaje więc wartość naszemu życiu. Rolnik czeka na owoce swej pracy, jest szczęśliwy z dobrych plonów. Robotnika raduje miesięczna zapłata za pracę i to taka sprawiedliwa, godna jego pracy. Nie zapomnijmy o tych trzech schodkach do naszej chrześcijańskiej doskonałości roztropność myślenia, właściwe, mądre słowa i z nich płynące czyny jako wynik z myślenia i mówienia w naszej trudnej i pełnej lęku i zagrożeń codzienności.,,niech będą przepasane biodra wasze i zapalone pochodnie! Szczęśliwi owi słudzy, których Pan zastanie czuwających, gdy nadejdzie. Mamy nieustannie czuwać, bo spotkanie z Panem jest nieuniknione. Nasz ekspresowy pociąg życia dojedzie do ostatniej dla nas stacji. Powinniśmy uważać, abyśmy nie wyskoczyli, nie przegapili tego, co dla nas w tej drodze jest najważniejsze, niepowtarzalne. Musimy być gotowi na wszystko, co zdarzyć się może. Może już za najbliższym zakrętem skończy się nasza droga? Czuwajmy rozsądnie, bo nie znamy dnia, ani godziny naszego spotkania z Bogiem miłości miłosiernej, ale i sprawiedliwości.
