Effect symbol Teaching results A student has basic knowledge concerning the mechanisms related to the functioning of organisations in the market economy, which also should include the area of business activity of the organisation. A student knows basic methods and techniques of obtaining, gathering, rocessing, and utilising data as well as information concerning an enterrise and its environment, which is utilised in strategic analysis. A student has basic knowledge as regards the factors influencing enterrise functioning and develoment. A student can lan and organise research to gather information necessary for strategic analysis concerning the rocesses which determine enterrise functioning and develoment. A student can analyse the rocesses and henomena occurring in macroenvironment as well as in cometitive environment of an enterrise functioning (also in the enterrise itself). A student is able to forecast tyical rocesses and henomena in the changing environment (together with their develoment and effects for the organisation). In addition, a student can aly the selected quantitative and qualitative methods (used in other sciences) to forecast the rocesses determining develoment strategies. A student understands the necessity of lifetime education in order to raise his/her rofessional qualifications in the field of Strategic Management as regards the changing environment of concerns organisation functioning. A student can co-oerate, work in a team, communicate effectively, and act ethically as regards the assigned organisational and social roles.
