Internships The Institute has a strong working relationship with both national and international institutions.
APPRENTICESHIP AND EXCHANGE PROGRAMS This cooperation leads to many opportunities for European Studies students to serve an apprenticeship at various institutions, including the European Parliament with a member of Parliament, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, entities of the central and local governments, the Rule of Law Institute and other non-governmental organizations. Students can also participate in the Erasmus European Student Exchange Program.
LANGUAGE LEARNING The program of our studies puts a heavy emphasis on language learning, encouraging both written and spoken fluency. Apart from obligatory English, students will also learn a second European language. Additionally, many of elective courses/elective lectures offered at the Faculty and University are taught in languages other than Polish.
PRESTIGIOUS FACULTY The outstanding and innovative faculty at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin will have a positive impact on students intellectual growth and application of theory to real life situations. Due to the small ratio of students to teachers at the European Studies Institute students are able to access their professors easily.
Why Lublin? Lublin is one of the most important academic centers in Poland. Close to 25% of the 400,000 inhabitants of Lublin are students. The Catholic University of Lublin, at present named after John Paul II, is one of the fastest growing universities in Poland. It has also rich tradition as it was established in 1918.
