Każdy zarejestrowany uczestnik Europejskiego Kongresu Finansowego otrzyma imienny identyfikator umożliwiający wejście do Centrum Konferencyjnego, oraz swobodne poruszanie się pomiędzy salami, w których odbywać się będą debaty, przerwy oraz uroczysta kolacja w dniu 24 czerwca. Identyfikator umożliwi również wejście na teren Opery Leśnej w której odbędzie się kolacja i koncert w dniu 25 czerwca Each registered participant of the European Financial Congress will receive a personal ID badge that will allow him/her to enter the Conference Center, and move freely between rooms where the debates, breaks and dinner on June 24. Entrance to the Forest Opera will be only only upon presentation of the EFC card. Wejście do Centrum Konferencyjnego 24 czerwca (pierwszego dnia Kongresu) możliwe będzie od godziny 14.30 (50 min przed rozpoczęciem). Uprzejmie prosimy o wcześniejsze odebranie identyfikatora. The entrance to the Conference Center on June 24 (first Day of the Congress) will be possible from 14.30 (50 minutes before beginning of the first debate). Wszystkie debaty i sesje plenarne będą miały zapewnione tłumaczenie symultaniczne (ang-pol i pol-ang). All debates and plenary sessions will be simultaneously interpreted (English-Polish, Polish-English). During the whole of the European Financial Congress volunteers will assist you from the two biggest Pomeranian universities: the University of Gdansk and Gdansk University of Technology.

KOLACJE I KONCERT / DINNERS AND CONCERT Do udziału w obu kolacjach zaproszeni są wszyscy Uczestnicy Kongresu. Ze względów organizacyjnych oraz dla Państwa komfortu i wygody bardzo prosimy o posiadanie identyfikatora EKF przy sobie. Identyfikator otrzymają wszyscy uczestnicy Kongresu podczas rejestracji w Hotelu Sheraton. All participants of the Congress are invited to take part in both dinners. For organizational reasons and for your comfort and convenience please have EFC ID with you at all times. The IDs will be distributed during the registration at the Sheraton Hotel. 24 CZERWCA 2013, GODZ. 21:00, UROCZYSTA KOLACJA W HOTELU SHERATON 24 JUNE 2013, TIME: 21:00, Ceremonial Dinner at Sheraton Hotel Kolacja rozpocznie się o godzinie 21.00. Odbędzie się w formie zasiadanej, w salach Columbus i Marco Polo. Początek kolacji uświetni wystąpienie Romana Frydmana, Profesora New York University, pt. "Did Capitalism Fail? The Financial Crisis Five Years On." The dinner will start at 21.00. There will be a seated reception, in the halls of Columbus and Marco Polo. The dinner will be opened by a speech by Roman Frydman, Professor at New York University, "Did Capitalism Fail? The Financial Crisis Five Years On." Od godziny 19:00 będą dla Państwa dostępne Tarasy Hotelu Sheraton gdzie Grupa Żywiec będzie częstować Gości swoimi produktami. 25 CZERWCA 2013, GODZ. 20:30, KOLACJA I KONCERT W OPERZE LEŚNEJ. GOSPODARZ - MIASTO SOPOT / 25 JUNE 2013, TIME: 20:30, DINNER AND CONCERT AT THE FOREST OPERA. HOST CITY OF SOPOT Kolacja drugiego dnia odbędzie się w Operze Leśnej w Sopocie (oddalonej od Hotelu Sheraton o 1.8 kilometra). Kolacja rozpocznie się o godzinie 20:30. O godzinie 21:30 dla Gości Kongresu zagra WOJTEK MAZOLEWSKI QUINTET. Kolacja odbędzie się na świeżym powietrzu pod dachem sceny Opery Leśnej. The Dinner during the second day will be held at the Forest Opera in Sopot (1.8kms away from the Sheraton Hotel). Dinner will start at 20:30. At 21:30 WOJTEK MAZOLEWSKI QUINTET will play for the guests of the Congress. Dinner will be held in the open air under the roof scene of the Forest Opera. The first part of the route to the Forest Opera runs through the picturesque promenade of Monte Casino, and the second is through the periphery of Tricity Landscape Park.
