W skład typowej karty pomiarowej wchodzą następujące komponenty: multiplekser analogowy, przełączający sygnały z wielu kanałów pomiarowych, wzmacniacz programowany, dostosowujący poziom sygnałów zgodnie z wybranym zakresem pomiarowym, układ próbkująco-pamiętający (S&H) lub próbkująco-śledzący (S&T), przetwornik analogowo-cyfrowy, przetwornik cyfrowo-analogowy (jeśli są wyjścia analogowe), kodery i liczniki (jeśli są wyjścia cyfrowe), precyzyjne źródło napięcia odniesienia, układ autokalibracji, blok sterujący, zespół rejestrów buforowych, układy pamięci. 4
Sampling rate (częstotliwość próbkowania) Sampling rate is the rate at which data is sampled - is the speed at which the digitizer s ADC converts the input signal, after the signal has passed through the analog input path, to digital values. Hence, the digitizer samples the signal after any attenuation, gain, and/or filtering has been applied by the analog input path, and converts the resulting waveform to digital representation. The sampling rate of a high-speed digitizer is based on the sample clock that controls when the ADC converts the instantaneous analog voltage to digital values http://www.ni.com/white-paper/3016/en/ http://www.jazzpoparkisto.net/audio/audio32.html 8

Single-Ended or Differential Inputs Single-Ended Inputs The single-ended (SE) input is the easiest to understand and connect. It consists of one signal lead and one common ground. This configuration is sufficient for making measurements where no CMV(Common Mode Voltage) exists. You'll find such situations most commonly when you connect to the output of an amplifier. All amplifiers have single-ended outputs, and the only way a CMV can exist in this situation is if a difference in the grounds between the amplifier and the data acquisition system exists - a rare occurrence if both are powered locally. http://www.dataq.com/data-acquisition/general-education-tutorials A single-ended measurement is taken as the voltage difference between a wire and ground. The noise is only on the positive wire, and as a result, it is still measured along with the output voltage from the sensor. A sensor with a differential output can be wired for single-ended by wiring the low side to ground. This is usually done to reduce the number of channels needed to measure the sensors. It should be noted that some sensors can output a negative voltage which means that the data acquisition system needs to be able to measure negative voltages. http://www.apogeeinstruments.co.uk/differential-vs-single-ended-measurements/ 10
Differential Inputs The differential input (DI) is required when making balanced signal source measurements, or in the presence of a CMV. An example of a balanced signal source is a Wheatstone bridge which is the basis for strain gage and pressure transducer measurements. The bridge output is the differential voltage present on the two non-excitation corners of the bridge. This measurement requires a DI if the grounds between the excitation supply and the instrument are the same. In contrast, a SE input would short one element of the bridge, making the measurement impossible. Another example that requires a DI is a grounded thermocouple. The thermocouple junction itself is grounded and the use of a SE would short the thermocouple to ground and destroy the measurement. http://www.dataq.com/data-acquisition/general-education-tutorials A differential voltage is floating, meaning that it has no reference to ground. The measurement is taken as the voltage difference between the two wires. The main benefit of a differential measurement is noise rejection, because the noise is added to both wires and can then be filtered out by the common mode rejection of the data acquisition system. Differential measurements should be used if the sensor is in a noisy environment or for sensors with output voltages susceptible to noise interference. http://www.apogeeinstruments.co.uk/differential-vs-single-ended-measurements/ 11

Pozostają wówczas do dyspozycji karty symultaniczne 14
