Course in Schwerin - Experiences Further Experiences Christiane Vorpahl, Chamber Schwerin
Course in Schwerin - Finalisation The course ended on 7th October 2009 The participants prepared a presentation of their business and informed about their upcoming international activities and expectations
Doing Business Second Workshop Second Workshop : 7th September 2009 in Schwerin
Course in Schwerin - Experiences Diversity of participants fruitful. Training based on specific sectors, thus participants = competitors, not recommended. The information exchange with other businesses and creation of new business ties was seen as a real asset Compact seminar not possible for self-employed. SME owners can not afford to leave their company for more than one day a week Participants were very happy with organisation by the Chamber Schwerin Business English is of special importance to participants. However, the different level of knowledge is a challenge for the teacher
Course in Schwerin - Experiences Practical training abroad is interesting for companies, but hard to realise for businessman; suitable only for young entrepreneurs or employees Individual coaching of companies during internationalisation process is priority on wish list of companies completing the course, theoretical input could be less, practical training more (costintensive)
Next steps Final evaluation of training course Draft of official examination regulations and approval by responsible ministry Adaption and transfer to other areas of the Baltic Sea Region; different interest (Poland, Finland, Norway) Third and final workshop in summer 2010
