The building must have high functional and aesthetic features. Design will focus on: - road communication deliveries and car parks clear arrangement of horizontal and vertical internal transportation allowing for the safety issues (and for the needs of the disabled) Architecture of social and service facilities : The course includes an urban analysis of a plot of land and building location, analysis and adaptation of a functional programme of selected buildings, including: a library, concert hall, university lecture room, bank, museum, office building, hotel. The division of the city into urban complexes takes into consideration the important relationships in the spatial layout of complexes. The required analyses pertain to the relationships with the surroundings and the evaluation of the existing state of land development. The projects should have more detailed and adjusted provisions from the city development plan. Special emphasis is put on plannistic recording in the form of plan drawing. The text portion in the local plan should introduce the provisions which are characteristic of the concept.
