ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS SCHEDULE The Administrative Checks schedule will be published in separate bulletin on the official Rally website www.bajapoland.eu on 25.08.2017 /Friday/. Presence in scheduled time of competitor or his authorized representatives is obligatory. Each crew that reports to the Administrative Checks on any other time than that scheduled will be penalized with a fine. 6.3. DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED See Supplementary Regulations 6.4. The ID bracelet (correctly attached to the wrist of competitors, crew members and competitors personnel and competitors accompanying persons) and/or ID`s delivered by the Rally Organizer during the Administrative Checks are considered the only authorization to be present in official locations. Competitors personnel and competitors accompanying persons must show the bracelet at any time on request officials, marshals and organizer staff. 7. SCRUTINEERING, SEALING, MARKING 7.1. LOCATION AND DATE The Museum of Technology and Transport in Szczecin, 18A Niemierzyńska street, 71-441 Szczecin 31.08.2017 / Thursday / hours 10:00-13.00 and 14.00-22:00 (FIA World Cup, FIA-CEZ, RMPST, MMCR) 01.09.2017 /Friday/ hours 09.00 and 12.00 (FIM Europe, PPRB) 01.09.2017 /Friday/ hours 09.00 and 13.00 (RPPST, DDEC) 7.2. SCRUTINEERING SCHEDULE The Scrutineering schedule will be published in separate bulletin on the official Rally website www.bajapoland.eu on 25.08.2017 /Friday/. Presence in scheduled time of competitor or his authorized representatives is obligatory. Each crew that reports to the Scrutineering on any other time than that scheduled will be penalized with a fine of 100 EUR. Only those crews/riders who have completed the Administrative Checks may present their vehicle at Scrutineering in accordance with the published time schedule. 7.3. DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED AND REQUIREMENTS See Supplementary Regulations 7.4. Additional checks concerning the general condition of the vehicle, markings and safety equipment can be made at any time during the Rally. If crew/rider refuses to allow these checks to be carried, will be penalized up to disqualification from the Rally. 8. SHAKEDOWN (only FIA World Cup, FIA-CEZ, RMPST, MMCR) 8.1 LOCATION AND DATE The Shakedown will take place on 01.09.2017 / Friday / from 09.00 to 13.00 in Military Training Ground, Szafera street, Szczecin. 8.2. RUNNING The Shakedown will be run at the same conditions as a Special Stage, including timekeeping and especially crew members and vehicle safety equipment. All crew members participating in Shakedown must be those registered in the entry form to ORLEN BAJA POLAND and which have passed the Administrative Checks. Only the complete above crew can participate in Shakedown. The vehicle must be the one indicated in the entry form to ORLEN BAJA POLAND and which have passed the scrutineering. The crew and the vehicle will be only allowed to participate in Shakedown when the correct entry fee will be paid in fully. All vehicles will start with an interval no less that one (1) minute. The starting order will be based on the arrival time at the preset zone and the crews can make as many laps as they wish. Shakedown length: approx. 6000 meters. 8.3. SHAKEDOWN SERVICE ZONE Next to the Shakedown zone on Military Training Ground, Szafera street, Szczecin, the Organizer will provide an area where it will be possible to service on the entered competing vehicles. 9. CEREMONIAL START / OFFICIAL RALLY START 12.1. PUBLICATIONS OF THE LIST OF THE CREWS AUTHORISED TO START AND STARTING ORDER The list of crews authorized to start will be published at 14.00 and the Starting lists for Ceremonial Start / Leg 1 / Super Special Stage will be published at 14.30 on the Official Notice Board on 01.09.2017 / Friday /. Starting order for Ceremonial Rally Start and Leg 1 / Super Special Stage will be in descending order of the competition Page 12
numbers. Starting Lists for Leg 2 and Leg 3 will be established in accordance with Art. 19 of the FIA General Prescriptions and will be published according to the Rally Programme. 12.2. PRE-START PARK 01.09.2017 / Friday / from 16:00 Łasztownia Island, Starówka Wharf, Rally Park Szczecin, Tadeusza Wendy street, Szczecin On the day of the Ceremonial Start, the Pre-Start Park shall be suited for all crews. Each entered competing vehicle must report in Pre-start Park in their time fixed in the schedule that will be put up on the Official Notice Board on 01.09.2017 / Friday / at 14.30. Members of Competitors team personnel are allowed to insert entered competing vehicle into the Pre-Start Park. A penalty for late appearance at the Pre-Start Park entry control point in relation to the scheduled time will be 100 EUR. 12.3. CEREMONIAL START 01.09.2017 / Friday / from 16:30 Łasztownia Island, Starówka Wharf, Rally Park Szczecin Tadeusza Wendy street, Szczecin On the day of the Rally Start, the Ceremonial Start of the Rally shall be planned for all competitors. Each crew must report in Ceremonial Start Podium in their time fixed in the schedule. All competitors participating in the Ceremonial Start must be wear in sporting suit (e.g. overalls and shoes) and be ready for start. 12.4 Pre-Rally Parc Fermé 01.09.2017 / Friday / from 16:40 Łasztownia Island, Starówka Wharf, Rally Park Szczecin, After the Ceremonial Start, all Competitors are obliged to insert their competing entered vehicles into Pre-Rally Parc Fermé. Only crew members are allowed to insert their entered competing vehicle into the Pre-Rally Parc Fermé. 9. SERVICE PARK, REFUELLING 9.1. SERVICE PARKS During the Rally, there will be two Service Parks, located in: Rally Park Szczecin, Starówka Wharf, Tadeusza Wendy street, Szczecin Łasztownia Island (Service A, Service D). Remote Service Rally Park Drawsko Pomorskie, Toruńska street, Drawsko Pomorskie / Parking / (Service B, Service C). 9.2. ENTRY OF SERVICE VEHICLES Service cars may enter the Service Park no later than one hour before the entry time of the 1 st entered competing vehicle mentioned in the Time Schedule. 9.3. REFUELLING Any refueling activity is prohibited in the Service Park. Refuelling is allowed at petrol stations located on the Rally route and indicated in the competitors Road Book. Only the crew/rider is authorized to do the refueling. 9.3.1. REFUELLING ON SPECIAL STAGE ROUTE (only FIM Europe & PPRB) On SS 2 and SS 3, the Organizer will designate a refueling zone for all riders. Refueling will be covered by a 15- minute neutralization period, and that the following procedure must be observed: - the competitor who enters the refueling zone to limit the risk of ignition of the fuel is obliged to immobilize the engine for a minimum of 3 minutes; - after this time, at the clear command or the marshal the refuel is allowed, for which the rider has remaining 12 minutes. Refueling can take place only on the environmental mats provided by the organizer, only with the engine immobilized and in a gravitational way. Early exit from the refueling zone is allowed, no less a rider will have no benefit from this. Refueling procedures lasting long than 15 minutes will be penalized by a 1 minute for each commenced minute of staying in the neutralization zone. Entrance and departure from the refueling zone will be marked with a passage control point (stamp). A speed control zone of up to 30 km / h will be established inside the neutralization zone. 9.4. 10. FINAL CHECKS 10.1. LOCATION AND DATE The Museum of Technology and Transport in Szczecin, 18A Niemierzyńska street, 71-441 Szczecin 03.09.2017 / Sunday / 14.00 (FIM Europe, PPRB) 03.09.2017 / Sunday / 15.00 (FIA World Cup, FIA-CEZ, RMPST, MMCR) 03.09.2017 / Sunday / 16.00 (RPPST, DDEC) 10.2. The Final Checks will be conducted directly after Ceremonial Finish. Vehicles appointed by the Stewards / Jury to the Final Checks must follow the organizer s directions. Crews / riders are obliged to provide at least one representative of the competitor and an appropriate number of service staff (mechanics) and proper equipment. Each selected vehicle will be driven to and from the Final Checks by a designated member of the team of appointed vehicle (who must be present at the Ceremonial Finish on 03.09.2017 / Sunday / in Rally Park Szczecin ), and accompanied by an Official. 11. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY 11.1. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY Prize giving ceremony will be held on 03.09.2017 / Sunday / at 13.30 FIM Europe, PPRB 14.30 FIA World Cup, FIA-CEZ, RMPST, MMCR 15.30 RPPST, DDEC Immediately after entering the Rally Finish, in Rally Park Szczecin Starówka Wharf, Tadeusza Apolinarego Wendy street, Szczecin Łasztownia Island. 11.2. Each competitor/driver is obliged to behave in a proper manner during the Rally, personally participate in the award ceremony and if receiving an award be clothed in sporting suit, i.e. overalls buttoned up and shoes complying with the provisions of automobile sport. 12. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION 12.1. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION All the competitors, crew members, members of competitors personnel and competitors accompanying persons are required to obedience the rules of PZM Environmental Code an especially use protective sheets against the destruction and pollution of the ground surface with petroleum materials. Any maintenance work without the security required under the vehicle found by Organizer would entail the imposition of a fine up to 100 % of required entry fee or other penalties by decision of the Stewards / Jury. Each case of behavior which is not in compliance with the PZM Environmental Code will be signalized to the Stewards / Jury, who may impose for it a fine up to 100% of required entry fee or other up to their decision. 13. ACCES TO SZCZECIN Air Szczecin is served by Szczecin-Goleniów "Solidarność" Airport which is 47 kilometers (29 miles) northeast of central Szczecin. It offers regular flights to cities in Poland and to international destinations (London, Liverpool, Dublin, Oslo, Edinburgh), as well as seasonal charter flights to other destinations. There is also a grass airstrip within city limits, the Szczecin-Dąbie Airstrip. But the best flight connections are realized to / from the airports in Berlin. (BERLIN TEGEL and SCHONEFELD BERLIN). Transport to Szczecin provide taxi and shuttle companies. Buses and Trams There is a popular public transit system operating throughout Szczecin, including a bus network and electric trams, that is run by a number of companies on behalf on ZDiTM (Zarząd Dróg i Transportu Miejskiego; Road and Public Transport Administration). Roads The A6 motorway (recently upgraded) serves as the southern bypass of the city, and connects to the German A11 autobahn (portions of which are currently undergoing upgrade), from where one can reach Berlin in about 90 minutes (about 150 km). Road connections with the rest of Poland are of lower quality (no motorways), though the S3 Expressway has improved the situation after its stretch from Szczecin to Gorzów Wielkopolski opened in 2010, and then another section connecting toa2 motorway opened in May, 2014. Construction of Express Roads S6 and S10 which are to run east from Szczecin has also started, though these roads will not be fully completed in the near future. Page 14

In the vicinity of the Baltic Sea, it is the country's seventh-largest city and a major seaport in Poland. As of 31 st of December 2015 the population was 405 657.[1] Szczecin is located on the Oder River, south of the Lagoon and the Bay of Pomerania. The city is situated along the southwestern shore of Dąbie Lake, on both sides of the Oder and on several large islands between the western and eastern branches of the river. Drawsko Pomorskie is located in the southeast of West Pomeranian Voivodship (since 1999) in the Farther Pomerania region, Drawsko is situated within the Pomeranian Lakeland, the western spur of the Baltic Uplands. A large proving ground south of the town is frequently used in NATO exercises. 15.4 FACTS ABOUT DOBRA Dobra is a village in Police County, West Pomeranian Voivodship, in north-western Poland, close to the German border. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Dobra. It lays approximately 14 kilometers south-west of Police and 16 km (10 mi) north-west of the regional capital Szczecin. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. These are strictly controlled military zones with special rules for usage and behavior.
