The main scope of company s activity is deboning of beef quarters and sale of beef elements. BEEF MEAT STANDARDIZATION BEFORE MEATMASTER INSTALATION Fat content verified visually (VL visual lean). Zawartość tłuszczu kontrolowana wzrokowo (VL). Meat cuts and trimmings were collected in a red E2 trays. Elementy oraz mięsa drobne gromadzono w czerwonych pojemnikach E2. Pallets of trays were transported to a central point in the the boning hall and were mixed and standardized visually up to certain fat level. Palety z pojemnikami transportowano na środek hali rozbioru, gdzie następowało ich mieszanie oraz standaryzacja do określonego poziomu tłuszczu. 13
