REJESTRACJA / REGISTRATION W Hotelu Sheraton do Państwa dyspozycji będą dwa punkty recepcyjne: In the Sheraton Hotel there will be two registration points at your disposal: 1) Recepcja Główna usytuowana przy głównym wejściu do Centrum Konferencyjnego (wejście przez drzwi obrotowe od strony Parkingu i ul. Powstańców Warszawy) The Main Registration Point located near the main entrance of the Conference Center (entrance through the revolving door from the parking side and Powstańców Warszawy Street) 2) Recepcja II usytuowana koło Recepcji Hotelu Sheraton (główne wejście do Hotelu) Additional Registration Point located at the Sheraton Hotel (near the main entrance of the Sheraton Hotel) Punkty rejestracyjne będą czynne: The registration points will be open: - 23 czerwca od godz. 10.00 / June 23 starting at 10.00-24 czerwca od godz. 08.00 / June 24 starting at 08.00-25 czerwca od godz. 08.00 / June 25 starting at 08.00 Każdy zarejestrowany uczestnik Europejskiego Kongresu Finansowego otrzyma imienny identyfikator umożliwiający wejście do Centrum Konferencyjnego, oraz swobodne poruszanie się pomiędzy salami, w których odbywać się będą debaty. Each registered participant of the European Financial Congress will receive a personal ID badge that will allow him/her to enter the Conference Center, and move freely between rooms where the debates and breaks. Identyfikator umożliwi również wejście na teren Opery Leśnej i Klubu B90, w których odbędą się Wieczory Kongresu jak i wejście na molo w Sopocie w dniu 24 czerwca skąd odpłyną katamarany Żeglugi Gdańskiej. The ID badge will aslo alow the participant to enter the premises of the Sopot Forest Opera and Klub B90 (Gdasńk Shipyard), where the Congress two evening events will take place, as well as the Sopot Pier on 24 th June, from where the catamarans of Żegluga Gdańska shall depart to Gdańsk. Wejście do Centrum Konferencyjnego 23 czerwca (pierwszego dnia Kongresu) możliwe będzie od godziny 11.00 (60 min przed lunchem). The entrance to the Conference Center on June 23 (first Day of the Congress) will be possible from 11.00 (60 minutes before beginning of the first debate). JĘZYK KONFERENCJI / THE CONFERENCE LANGUAGE Debaty będą odbywały się zarówno w języku polskim jak i angielskim. Sesje plenarne oraz wszystkie będą miały zapewnione tłumaczenie symultaniczne (ang-pol i pol-ang). Debates will be held both in Polish and English. All debates and plenary sessions will be simultaneously interpreted (English-Polish, Polish-English).

WOLONTARIUSZE PODCZAS KONGRESU / VOLUNTEERS AT THE CONGRESS Podczas całego Europejskiego Kongresu Finansowego pomocą służyć Państwu będą wolontariusze studenci Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego oraz Politechniki Gdańskiej. During the whole of the European Financial Congress volunteers will assist you from the two biggest Pomeranian universities: the University of Gdansk and Gdansk University of Technology. KOLACJE I KONCERT / DINNERS AND CONCERT Do udziału w obu uroczystych kolacjach zaproszeni są wszyscy Uczestnicy Kongresu. Ze względów organizacyjnych oraz dla Państwa komfortu i wygody bardzo prosimy o posiadanie identyfikatora EKF przy sobie. Identyfikator otrzymają wszyscy uczestnicy Kongresu podczas rejestracji w Hotelu Sheraton. All participants of the Congress are invited to take part in both dinners. For organizational reasons and for your comfort and convenience please have EFC ID with you at all times. The IDs will be distributed during the registration at the Sheraton Hotel. 23 CZERWCA 2014, GODZ. 20:00, KOLACJA I KONCERT W OPERZE LEŚNEJ. GOSPODARZ - MIASTO SOPOT 23 JUNE 2014, TIME: 20:00, DINNER AND CONCERT AT THE FOREST OPERA. HOST CITY OF SOPOT Kolacja 23 czerwca odbędzie się na świeżym powietrzu w Operze Leśnej w Sopocie (teren Opery jest zadaszony, jest ona oddalona od Hotelu Sheraton o 1.8 kilometra). Rozpoczęcie kolacji o godzinie 20:00. The gala dinner during the first day of the Congress will be held at the Sopot Forest Opera (1.8kms away from the Sheraton Hotel). The dinner will start at 20:00. Organizator zapewnia dojazd autokarami i busami sprzed Hotelu Sheraton do Opery Leśnej i z powrotem (szczegółowy rozkład jazdy poniżej). Wejście do Opery Leśnej będzie możliwe wyłącznie po okazaniu Identyfikatora EKF. The organizer will provide access coaches and minibuses from the Sheraton Hotel to the Forest Opera and back (detailed schedule below).

Entrance to the Forest Opera will be possible only upon presentation of your ID of EFC. TRANSPORT DO I Z OPERY LEŚNEJ / TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM FOREST OPERA Wyjazd sprzed Sheratona Time of departure from Sheraton Hotel Wyjazd z Opery Leśnej Time of departure from Forest Opera 19:15, 19:30, 19:45, 20:00, 20:15 22:30, 23:00, 23:30, 00:00, 00:30 Zachęcamy również uczestników Kongresu do spaceru (ok. 25 min.). Pierwsza część trasy do Opery Leśnej przebiega przez deptak Monte Cassino, natomiast druga prowadzi przez obrzeża Trójmiejskiego Parku Krajobrazowego. We also encourage the Congress participants to take a walk to the Forest Opera (about 25 min.). The first part of the route to the Forest Opera runs through the picturesque promenade of Monte Casino, and the second is through the periphery of Tricity Landscape Park. 24 CZERWCA 2014, GODZ. 21:15, KOLACJA W KLUBIE B90, STOCZNIA GDAŃSK, GOSPODARZ GIEŁDA PAPIERÓW WARTOŚCIOWYCH W WARSZAWIE 24 JUNE 2014, TIME: 21:15, DINNER AT B90 CLUB, GDAŃSK SHIPYARD HOST WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE Kolacja drugiego dnia Kongresu odbędzie się w Klubie B90 (byłej hali produkcyjnej Stoczni Gdańskiej). Kolacja rozpocznie się o godzinie 21.15. The Congress second gala dinner will take place in Club B90 (a former production hall of the Gdańsk Shipyard). The dinner will start at 21:15. Z Sopotu na teren Stoczni Goście zostaną zabrani katamaranami Rubin i Agat Żeglugi Gdańskiej. Wejście na katamarany odbędzie się na końcu Molo w Sopocie. Godzina wypłynięcia katamaranów z Sopotu to 19.50 Rejs trwa około 60. Wejście na Molo jak i na katamarany będzie możliwe za okazaniem Identyfikatora EKF. The Participants will travel from Sopot to the premises of the Gdąńsk Shipyard on ferries of the Żegluga Gdańska company. Boarding will take place at the end of the Sopot Pier. Time of departure from Sopot: 19:50. The cruise lasts ca. 60-70 minutes. Entrance to the Sopot Pier as well as on the ferries will be possible upon presentation of your EFC ID.

Powrót: pomiędzy B90 a Sopotem będą kursowały autokary dla Uczestników Kongresu pomiędzy godziną 22.45 a 00:30. Return: for the Congress Participants there will be coaches shuttling from the B90 Club to Sopot between the hours 22:45 and 00:00.
