Obiekty Wielofunkcyjne Mixed Use Sport i Rekreacja Sport & Leisure Handel Retail Zabudowa Mieszkaniowa Residential Wnętrza i Grafika Interiors & Graphics Hotelarstwo Hospitality Galeria Victoria, Wałbrzych, Polska Pokopalniany teren ok. 9,5 ha zlokalizowany na południowy zachód od centrum Wałbrzycha poddano rewitalizacji i wybudowano dwukondygnacyjny obiekt mieszczący supermarket i ok.180 sklepów, dając mieszkańcom Wałbrzycha i okolicznych miejscowości dostęp do znanych i popularnych marek odzieżowych, sprzętu elektronicznego oraz innych usług zlokalizowanych na ponad 43 000 m 2 powierzchni najmu. W części rekreacyjnej klienci znajdą 7-ekranowe kino, szeroki wybór restauracji, barów i kawiarni. Ok.1400 miejsc parkingowych naziemnych i podziemnych czeka na zmotoryzowanych klientów. Galeria Victoria jest pierwszym nowoczesnym handlowo-rozrywkowym kompleksem w Wałbrzychu i okolicach. Została zaprojektowana w celu rewitalizacji zaniedbanej części centrum miasta, tworząc nową przestrzeń publiczną jako miejsce spotkań mieszkańców, która poszerzona została o dodatkowe funkcje jak koncerty w amfiteatrze na świeżym powietrzu latem i lodowisko w miesiącach zimowych. Odwiedzających zapraszają do spaceru elegancko podświetlane pasaże handlowe, zbiegające się pod dachem o średnicy 40m w całości przeszklonej centralnej rotundy. Post mining site of ca. 9.5 ha located to the south west of Walbrzych city centre, a development of a two storey shopping centre with a supermarket and approximately 180 shops, giving the people of Wałbrzych and the neighbouring communities access to well-known and popular clothing brands, electronics store and other services, within a lettable area of over 43,000m 2. In the recreation zone the mall s customers can find a modern 7 screen multiplex, and a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops. Ca.1400 underground and surface parking spaces wait for customers with cars. Galeria Victoria is the first modern retail and entertainment complex in Wałbrzych and the surrounding region. It has been designed to revitalize a neglected part of the city centre, creating a new public space and focal point for the community, with additional functions such as open air concerts in the amphitheatre in the summer and the ice skating rink planned for the winter months. All are welcome to stroll through elegantly illuminated malls that meet under the 40m diameter roof over the fully glazed central rotunda. 8 9

Obiekty Historyczne Conservation Obiekty Wielofunkcyjne Mixed Use Sport i Rekreacja Sports & Leisure Wnętrza Interiors Hala Stulecia, Wrocław, Polska Hala Stulecia (pow. 14 000m 2 ), zabytkowy budynek we Wrocławiu, została zbudowana według projektu Maxa Berga w latach 1911 1913. Budynek wpisano na listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO w 2006 r., jako symbol początku architektury żelbetowej. Remont zaplanowany na rok 2011 pod nazwą Centrum Innowacji w Architektury i Budownictwa jest finansowany częściowo przez miasto, ale także z budżetu państwa oraz Unii Europejskiej (dotacje unijne). Hala Stulecia jest ogromną i unikalną strukturą o funkcji widowiskowo-rozrywkowej i wystawienniczej (przestrzeń pod centralną kopułą ma średnicę 65m i wysokość 42m). Prace obejmowały re-aranżację wnętrz, modyfikację funkcjonalną obiektu i maksymalizację liczby miejsc siedzących z istniejących 6.500 do 10.000 wszystko to pod surowym nadzorem konserwatora zabytków. The Centennial Hall (area 14.000m 2 ) is a historic building in Wrocław Poland. It was constructed according to the plans of Max Berg in 1911 1913. The building was listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006, as an early landmark of reinforced concrete architecture. The renovation work under the name The Centre for Innovation in Architecture and Building is financed from the city and the central government budget as well as the EU subsidies. Centennial Hall is a huge and unique structure, a multi-use entertainment, performance and exhibition hall (the space under the central dome is 65m diameter and 42m high). The task included rearranging the interiors, modifying the functional aspects of the building and maximising the seating numbers to achieve 10,000 from the current 6,500 all within the constrains of very strict conservation requirements. 14 15

Obiekty Wielofunkcyjne Mixed Use Handel Retail Wnętrza i Grafika Interiors & Graphics Pogoria, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Polska Pokopalniany teren w centrum Dąbrowy Górniczej stał się komercyjnym i kulturalnym ośrodkiem podnosząc tym samym rangę tej części miasta dzięki nowoczesnym rozwiązaniom projektowym - ok. 22 000m 2 pow. najmu handlu oraz 5 250 m 2 rozrywki i rekreacji; z sekwencją placów i przestrzeni publicznych, marketem budowlanym w części zachodniej kompleksu oraz parkingiem dla ok. 1220 samochodów. Dwa główne pasaże na obu końcach tworzą różnego kształtu place wewnętrzne. Większy z nich przy głównym wejściu oświetla duży owalny świetlik. Schody ruchome prowadzą do Food Court u na piętrze. Drugi mniejszy plac przyciąga uwagę frontonami i świetlikiem w kształcie półksiężyca. We enętrza eleganckie elementy z naturalnego kamienia i drewna. Odwiedzających wita plac zewnętrzny otoczony unikalną kolumnadą, sterowana komputerowo fontanna i płytki staw po środku, zimą wykorzystywany jako lodowisko. Miejsce to stanowi dużą atrakcję i tworzy idealną przestrzeń dla komercyjnych, kulturalnych i innych wydarzeń życia społecznego. Centrum handlowe Pogoria otwarto w listopadzie 2008. Developed on an important city centre post industrial site, has become a commercial and cultural hub, enhancing this part of the city through contemporary design solutions. The development consists of some 22,000m 2 GLA of retail, 5,250m 2 leisure and entertainment, provides a series of piazzas and public spaces, a DIY store at the west end of the scheme and parking for 1,220 cars. Two major malls intersect at both ends to create differently shaped internal piazzas. The bigger one, near the main entrance, is lit by a large oval skylight. Complex takes its inspiration from an old, 19th century brick warehouse/industrial building. Overall interior concept is based on a loft/warehouse style. Urban Piazza in front of the building s main entrance is to create a connection between the existing shopping centre and the new one.
