15th International Conference 'TRANSPORT SYSTEMS TELEMATICS TST 15' 15th Conference Transport Systems Telematics TST'15 - has been organised this year by Polish Association of Transport Telematics /PSTT/ within the 'Mobile City Challenge of the Future' Forum in the Congress Centre of the Wrocław University of Technology between 15 and 17 April 2015. The 'Mobile City - Challenge of the Future' Forum has been prepared together by Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technology and Polish Association of Transport Telematics in cooperation with the Society of Polish Town Planners, Polish Association of Transport Engineers and Technicians as well as the Wrocław University of Technology and the Silesian University of Technology. The Forum Programme Committee - consisting of outstanding experts in the field of town planning, spatial management, urban transport engineering, telematics and IT - was chaired by the president of Polish Association of Transport Telematics Prof. Jerzy Mikulski.
The main topic of the Forum comprised conditions of urban transport systems development and modernisation, including the action of support instruments under projects undertaken by local government authorities. The most recent technological solutions used to improve the city mobility and to improve the traffic management as well as the experience gained during hitherto implementations of intelligent transport systems have been presented during the Forum debate. Forum participants, during a study visit to the Traffic Management Centre in Wrocław, had an opportunity to learn solutions in this field, implemented in Wrocław traffic management centres. The Forum was opened by Prof. Tadeusz Więckowski - the Rector of the Wrocław University of Technology and by Mr Wiesław Adamski - Deputy Mayor of Wrocław the Forum Host City. Participants were addressed also by Prof. Leszek Blacha Deputy Rector of the Silesian University of Technology and by Mrs Małgorzata Mańka-Szulik, the Mayor of the City of Zabrze and at the same time the President of the Board of Metropolitan Association of the Upper Silesia.
The Forum gathered more than 300 representatives of science, research institutes, universities, government and local government administration, representatives of town halls as well as businessmen involved in dissemination of modern transport systems.

The 15th Conference Transport Systems Telematics TST'15 - organised by the PSTT within the 'Mobile City - Challenge of the Future' Forum in the Congress Centre of the Wrocław University of Technology has gathered more than 150 representatives of science and enterprises involved in intelligent transport systems issues.
