Polski Festiwal Roncesvalles 16 18 września, 2011r., Toronto, Ontario, Kanada Wspólnie z Roncesvalles Village BIA mamy zaszczyt Państwu zaprezentować Polski Festiwal 2011 na ulicy Roncesvalles, który świętuje osiągnięcia polskiej kultury, kuchni, muzyki i artystów. Polski Festiwal zawita do Roncessvelles Village we wrześniu 2011 roku i wypełni to osiedle unikalnymi polskimi dźwiękami, widokami i zapachami. Podczas ubiegłorocznego festiwalu bawił się rekordowy tłum, ponad 250 tysięcy ludzi, którzy delektowali się występami muzycznymi i tanecznymi ponad 40 stu utalentowanych zespołów, artystów i tancerzy. Polski Festival 2011 rozszerza swoje horyzonty! Rok 2011, czyli szósty rok istnienia festiwalu jest wyjątkowy, ponieważ rozszerzamy nasz repertuar wykonawców i artystów lokalnych i międzynarodowych oraz mamy nadzieję na udział licznych organizacji polonijnych. Jesteśmy pewne, że Państwa organizacja wzbogaci nasz festiwal i świetnie się zaprezentuje w bogatej mozaice organizacji polonijnych. Welcome to the 2011 Roncesvalles Polish Festival September 16th 18th, 2011, Toronto, Ontario, Canada We are very pleased to be working with the Roncesvalles Village BIA to bring back Canada s best and brightest celebration of Polish culture, food, and dancing. The Roncesvalles Polish Festival will take over Roncesvalles Village infusing the surroundings with the unique sights, sounds and tastes of Poland. The last festival hosted a record crowd of well over 250,000 people who enjoyed the sights and sounds of 40 brilliant musical acts and over 100 unique vendors. Roncesvalles Polish Festival 2011 is expanding its horizons! In our sixth year, the Festival will feature an expanded festival site, more amusements, entertainment and attendees. With both local and international appeal the 2011 Roncesvalles Polish Festival provides a great opportunity for your organization to reach 200,000+ people over two days in one of Toronto s most vibrant and trendy areas. It will be an unforgettable weekend for your organization and its members! This year we are looking to expand the number of Polonia organizations participating in the festival, in order to share our unique Polish culture and heritage with our Canadian friends. Exhibit Spaces will be located and assigned on a first come first assigned basis with priority being given to RVBIA members and Festival Sponsors. Please remain within the exhibit space(s) that you were assigned. Please Note: Exhibit and Vending space is only available on Saturday September 17th and Sunday September 18th there is no Exhibit or Vending permitted on Friday September 16th.

Services & Supplies Power hook ups may be ordered through the Festival at a rate of $125.00 per 15amp 110volt hook up. Note, power requests may dictate your vending placement within the site. If your power requirements exceed 15amp 110V, please call to inquire about availability. You are encouraged to bring your own tables, chairs and tents, however selected supplies may be ordered through the Festival at a rate of: Chairs (plastic patio) $8.00 per Tables (6 x 30 ) $20.00 per Tables (42 round) $20.00 per Barricades (7 5 long) $12.00 per Note: Supplies will be delivered to each exhibitor location, by the supplier, as per their order. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to set up and dismantle any rented equipment. Tents are not available through the Festival, they are the responsibility of the Exhibitor and the tent and the installation of the tent must comply with all applicable City of Toronto bylaws. Step 1: Please accurately complete this application form, and return it to polishfestival2011@gmail.com, before August 8th. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis, so please return your application as soon as possible.
