A milestone We have organized a big event on 11th March 2016 all students, all producers, all teachers. The students have prepared the sensory evaluation of their products and short presentations about other projects (Bio Bistro and Ekoraj website). It was very successful!

Work plan 1. start of cooperation with the company engaged in the production of organic products 2. proposal of an innovative product for the selected company 3. detailed characteristics of the product 4. specification of the production line at the factory 5. common preparation of the product by the team 6. sensory evaluation of the product and product presentation to a representative of the company 7. conclusions and summary based on the data obtained.
