If the child has already received First Communion, the parent must also bring proof of this. All of these requirements apply even if the sacraments were received in this parish. They do not apply to students who are re-registering. NOTE: Parents of students advancing to Grade 7, 8 or Prep 6 will register in the summer, but must return in September to meet with the Religious Ed Director to receive Confirmation Requirement forms and information. This 6-Hour course is presented by the National Safety Council-certified instructors, who offer a new approach to learning accident prevention skills. You ll receive a course guide to use in class and to keep for future reference. This course is great for new drivers and experienced drivers. This classroom course will be offered here at OLA on Saturday, July 25, 2015 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Outreach Meeting Room The cost will be $45 (checks made out to OLA). Registrations at the Rectory. ATTENTION ALL GROUPS Any Group or Ministry of the Parish requesting to use any of our facilities from September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016, should submit their meeting dates and times to the Rectory by July 22nd. Please stop by the Rectory, during office hours, to pick up a copy of the calendar. He instructed them to take nothing for the journey but a walking stick no food, no sack, no money in their belts. They were, however, to wear sandals but not a second tunic (Mark 6:7-13). No second tunic? And only one pair of sandals? Does Jesus know what our closets look like? When I clean mine out, bags and bags are donated to various charities, hangers get crossed and hooked onto everything. It is not a pretty sight. And once again I am reminded what it takes to be a disciple of Jesus: very little in the way of material things and a whole lot of grace. Our Outreach Center has a beautiful boutique that several people take great pains to organize to make it easier for the people we serve to take a few pieces. We especially need toddler clothes for girls sizes 2T-5T, so if you know of someone who has outgrown hers, please keep us in mind. Our pantry needs this week are: peanut butter, jelly, dry cereal, canned tuna fish and as always, toilet paper, and shampoo. SAVE THE DATE!!!!! Zapisy prowadzone będą w biurze Centrum Edukacji Religijnej we wtorki, środy i czwartki w następujących godzinach: -wtorki: 10:00-13:00, -środy: 15:00-19:30, -czwartki: 13:00-17:00. W przypadku zapisów uczniów nowych (zapisywanych po raz pierwszy): Rodzice uczniów MUSZĄ przynieść ze sobą Metrykę Chrztu Dziecka oraz jego Akt Urodzenia. Jeżeli dziecko przyjęło już sakrament Eucharystii (Pierwsza Komunia Św.), to wówczas prosimy o przyniesienie zaświadczenia potwierdzajacego przyjęcie tego sakramentu. Wszystkie powyższe wymagania muszą być spełnione nawet jeżeli dziecko otrzymało sakramenty w naszej parafii. Nie dotyczą one uczniów zapisywanych ponownie (tj. kontynuujących naukę w naszym programie). UWAGA: Rodzice uczniów rozpoczynających naukę w klasach VII, VIII oraz Prep 6 zapisujący swoje dzieci latem, muszą we wrześniu spotkać się z dyrektorem Programu Edukacji Religijnej, aby otrzymać listę wymagań dotyczących sakramentu Bierzmowania i potrzebne informacje. Spotkania te są obowiązkowe. Uczniowie, których rodzice nie spotkali się z dyrektorem, nie mogą rozpocząć nauki. Opłaty za naukę należy uiścić podczas dokonywania zapisów.
