W najróżniejszych warunkach eksploatacyjnych dowiodły swojej wartości i zasłużyły na opinię niezawodnych urządzeń odcinających. Znajdują zastosowanie w komunalnych i przemysłowych systemach kanalizacyjnych, w oczyszczalniach ścieków, ujęciach i stacjach uzdatniania wody, śluzach, wylotach kanałów, zabezpieczeniach przeciwpowodziowych i innych. BAP zasuwy naścienne (wrzecionowe) charakteryzują się przede wszystkim mocną konstrukcją i solidnym wykonaniem, które sprosta wszystkim wyzwaniom, jakie niesie ze sobą budowbictwo wodne. Asortyment BAP zasuw naściennych jest bardzo szeroki, począwszy od małych lekkich zasuw stalowych, aż do ciężkiej armatury żeliwnej. Wszystkie BAP zasuwy naścienne są szczelne dzięki zastosowaniu uszczelki profilowanej wykonanej z EPDM lub NBR, która przy pomocy systemu klinowego jest dociskana do ramy z odpowiednią siłą. BAP zasuwy naścienne są dostępne również w wykonaniu jako zasuwa regulacyjna. W takim wykonaniu płyta zasuwy w czsie procesu otwierania jest szczelnie dociskana do ramy zasuwy. Penstocks are indis-pensable for hydro engineering and having proven their worth under many different working conditions, they have acquired a reputation as being reliable blockage and control units. They are in use in public and industriel sewerage systems, in treatment and purification plants, in water extraction stations, sluices, outlet structures, and in flood protection schemes, etc. BAP penstocks stand out due to their robust and solid construction which can meet all requirements for wastewater technology. BAP's range of penstocks covers small light steel version up to heavy cast fittings. All BAP penstocks seal using a multi-fold profile made of EPDM/APTK which can withstand any necessary pressure thanks to the use of wedge system. BAP penstocks can also be supplied as controle valves. In this version, the gate plate pressed aggainst the framework during the etire opening process. The entire closed off area is sealed until the valve is completely open. Sluice valves are shut-off devices for medium sewage treatment plants as well in storm water storage reservoirs and in irrigation plants. The sluice valves are installed in the flume in a recess and they have to be fitted in. They ensure a grooveless opening, which is sealed on three sides in closed condition. When using BAP lowerable channel valves or lowering penstocks it is possible to seperate floating objects from the water surface as they flow over the valve plate. W razie potrzeby przy pomocy BAP przelewu uchylnego możena bardzo szybko poziom piętrzenia obniżyć. Regulacja odbywa się płynnie w pełnym zakresie od poziomu zero - ca.mm, aż do wysokości płyty jazu - h. BAP przelew uchylny (jaz ruchomy) jest trójstronnie szczelny. BAP overfall weirs are used for regulating the level of flowing liquids. Overfall weirs can be used to rapidly lower the water level when required. This is made possible by the width of the overfall weir. The actual lowering distance of the water surface is low. BAP overfall weirs are sealed on three sides. Les déversoirs à chute libre BAP sont utililés pour la régulation de niveau desfluids véhicules. 11 Regulator przepływu - Float throttl devise - vanne-papillon Techniczne objaśnienia - Technical explantion - Explicationes techniques W kanalizacji ogólnospławnej, w celu zabezpieczenia przepływu wód stosujemy komory retencyjne zapewniając wyrównanie fali przepływu oraz ograniczając przepływy maksymalne, łagodząc w ten sposób uderzenia hydrauliczne powodowane m.in. przepływami burzowymi i wezbraniowymi. Dla dozowania przepływu wód opadowych bardzo często zastosowanie znanych urządzeń i metod tłumienia przepływu jest niewystarczjące lub niewystarczająco bezobsługowe. Z założenia BAP Regulator przepływu nie potrzebuje zasilania elektrycznego i ma uniwersalne zastosowanie. Dokładność regulacji wynosi +/- 3,5 % założonego przepływu medium. The BAP float throttle device does not require an electrical power supply and can be used in any location.
