WSTĘP W tej lekcji zajmiemy się dalej czasem Present Perfect a punktem wyjścia i zakresem słownictwa będą zagadnienia związane z wyjazdem na delegację. Na początku rozdziału znajdować się będzie dialog, opis gramatyki i ćwiczenie utrwalające. Na końcu znajdować się będzie tłumaczenie dialogu. 3
DIALOG On a Business Trip - A Presentation Betsy: Hi Brian, this is Betsy. How are you doing? Brian: I've just returned from the Head Office. The weather is great! Boston is a great city! Betsy: Have you met Frank yet? Brian: No, I haven't seen him yet. We have a meeting at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. We are going to meet then. Betsy: Have you made your presentation yet? Brian: Yes, I made the presentation yesterday afternoon. I was very nervous, but everything went well. Betsy: Has management given you any feedback yet? Brian: Yes, I've already met with the sales director. We met immediately after the meeting and he was impressed with our work. Betsy: That's great Brian. Congratulations! Have you visited any museums yet? Brian: No, I'm afraid I haven't had any time yet. I hope to take a tour around town tomorrow. Betsy: Well, I'm happy to hear that everything is going well. GRAMATYKA Present Perfect a Past Simple Past simple Present Perfect Dokładny czas w przeszłości Brak nacisku na czas wykonania czynności (lub niewiadomy czas) Czynności trwające w przeszłości i się w niej kończące Określenia czasu takie jak: Ago, Yesterday, 1993, last week Czynności mające swój początek w przeszłości, ale trwające w teraźniejszości Określenia czasu takie jak: Since, yet, just, already W czasie past simple: Zadajemy pytanie przez dodanie słówka posiłkowego did, wtedy czasownik pozostaje w zwykłej, niezmienionej formie. W zdaniach oznajmujących używamy drugiej formy czasownika. W czasie present perfect: Pytania zadajemy przez inwersję have/has, czasownik zostaje w III formie. 5

Brian: Tak, wczoraj popołudniu ją przedstawiłem. Byłem bardzo zdenerwowany, ale wszystko poszło dobrze. Betsy: Czy dostałeś juz od zarządu informację zwrotną? Brian: Tak, juz się widziałem z dyrektorem sprzedaży. Widzieliśmy się od razu po spotkaniu I był pod wrażeniem naszej pracy. Betsy: To wspaniale Brian. Gratuluje! Czy miałeś okazję juz odwiedzić jakieś muzea? Brian: Nie, obawiam się, że jeszcze nie miałem czasu. Mam nadzieję zrobić sobie wycieczkę po mieście jutro.
