What makes our products unique is the construction of bras and the applied technologies. Samanta s offer includes a wide range of underwear, starting from daywear (bras, briefs, thongs, boyshorts, bodysuits, bodices, slips, suspenders) and nightwear (slips, pyjamas, dress- inggowns), through swimwear and beachwear (with such accessories as pareo) and finishing with all kinds of accessories (laundry bags, lingerie travel bags, relaxation bands, suspenders). The range of products offered by our company is stylistically diversified: from classical, avant-garde and exclusive to the teen style. Every year, we present two collections: spring-summer and autumn-winter and each of them is full of novelties. Our additional asset is a wide range of sizes (XS/S/M/L/XL/ XXL/3XL) and cups (A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I/J/K/L/M). Design and construction The perfect design of Samanta underwear is provided by the company s own, state-of-the-art design workshop. Every day, a team of young, talented and well-qualified underwear designers and graphic designers look for original solutions basing on their own imagination, the current trends in the world fashion and the expectations of Customers. Among many proposals, we carefully select the best ones, which enchant with their freshness and beauty. Samanta has been awarded in a design competition organized by Warsaw Lingerie Fairs. For many years now, our company has attended many international fashion fairs in Paris, Milan and New York. Samanta s underwear has an outstandingly perfect construction, which is highly valued on the market for its comfort of usage. The ideal fit is the result of several tests performed by a group of demanding ladies. The underwear is manufactured with the application of advanced technologies. This stage of production is supervised by a professional and fully computerized construction department. It is thanks to the experience of the team of constructors that Samanta s underwear meets the expectations of even the most demanding Customers. Production and quality control One of the true assets of Samanta is our professional production team. (It should be remembered that Polish seamstresses have long been considered as the best in the world). Thanks to their experience and expertise in underwear sewing, Samanta s products are made with exceptional care. The company has a modern machine park, which consists of state-of-the-art Italian and German sewing machines (Kansas, Oshima, Juki). We regularly invest in the modernization of production methods, e.g. we are computerizing some production stages. In order to obtain the highest quality of products, the whole organization of work has been subjected to meticulous quality control. The initial phase consists of the verification of materials, then production processes and finally ready-made products. The company also controls the sales. Our own laboratory conducts additional tests and intraoperative controls to make sure that the intended quality has actually been achieved. The company applies ISO 9001:2001 quality management system, which ensures effective operation and constant organizational improvement on all levels. Samanta buys materials from the best European manufacturers holding the OEKO-TEX certificate, which guarantees the safety and comfort of fabrics. The suppliers who want to cooperate with Samanta must respect the ISO 14001 as well as ecological standards. Sales and post-sale service The most important objective of Samanta is to meet the expectations of Customers regarding female underwear. It is with our Customers in mind that we have implemented the Individual Underwear Choice programme. Qualified shop assistants will help the Customer choose the appropriate underwear and adjust it to her figure and individual preferences. Thanks to non-standard actions and fast post-sale service, the number of Samanta brand fans is growing. The company cooperates with corporate Clients with utmost care and attention. We provide our Trade Partners with informational, promotional and advertising materials, which support the sales. The graphics accompanying the brand have been created with great care, which additionally increases the brand recognition and boosts the sales. In Poland, Samanta concentrates on strengthening its position on the retail market. Our sales network consists of over two hundred and sixty renowned shops and our own retail outlets. For the last eight years, we have been building our position on foreign markets by cooperating with distributors in Russia, Ukraine, Israel and the United Arab Emirates, with agents in Belgium and Germany and with independent luxury boutiques on the territory of the European Union.
