We specialize in the production of the most advanced steel pipelines in use by today s industry. We are able to build pipelines consisting of two or more different metals and optional diameters. Sochaczew plant is equipped with pipe bending machines that can be used for both hot and cold bending (pipe diameter up to 60 mm, bend radius of up to 0 meters). We also operate a rust proofing system consisting of a cleaning chamber and paint workshop that can be used for heat treatment at a temperature of up to 80 C. The company also owns a chamber oven big enough to accomodate large components, used for heat treatment at a tempreature of up to 50 C. Parts produced by Energop are found in every Polish and many European conventional and nuclear power plants, as well as oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical plants and sugar processing facilities. As the biggest welding lab in Poland the company performs full range of non-destructive and destructive testing of welded materials and joints. It operates on the basis of Quality Assurance System based on EN ISO/IEC 7025 and as one of the few companies in Poland, on ASME. The company provides training services and runs exams for welders seeking UDT and TÜV licenses, as well as trains research staff in computed radiography, penetration and visual methods. Thanks to the training courses it is also able to grow its own team of welding experts.
