Benchtour / Cluster project commonalities Both focussed on tourism area Some SMEs actively participated in the Benchtour activities while being associated in the cluster Both projects involved counselling activities with a goal to increase competitiveness, innovativeness of tourism organizations as well as to increase the tourists flow Benchtour and Cluster projects are complementary in approach adopted (individual / group approach)
