Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We are pleased to invite you to attend to the 2 nd International Scientific Conference UNIVERSALIZM OF HUMAN WORK.The subjects at the conference will oscillate around the professional career development perspectives determined by a dynamically changing socio-economic reality. The scope of problems of the conference is important as it concerns key issues connected to a human being struggling with challenges of the contemporary job market. The choice of such a scope of problems is implied by the need of initiating a discourse on possibilities, chances, needs and skills together with a necessity of attempting to outline paths of professional careers. The objectives of the conference will include, but are not limited to: Discussing the issues concerning building, planning and realising a professional career at various stages. Defining the role of professional career management in planning professional development. Presenting the characteristics of stimulation processes at the job market. Defining the meaning of leadership and human resources management in the perspective of both: the employee s and the institutions and organisations development. Turning attention to the problems connected to the realisation of his/her professional career, such as: mobbing, discrimination on the job market, stress and professional burnout. Turning attention to the ethical and philosophical dimension of human work. Working out a concept of professional development in the context of the changing job market. Taking into consideration the above mentioned clues, we would like to address the invitation to participate in the conference to scholars and practitioners, including university teachers, professional career advisors, self-government environments, non-governmental institutions, employers, employees and both Church and politics representatives. Guidlines for text preparation: 1. Text can be submitted in English. 2. Text should be prepared in Microsoft Word in Times New Roman font, size 12 points, 1.5 line spacing, all-around margins of 2.5 cm, fully justified. 3. The text should include footnotes and consist of not more than 20 000 characters. 4. Chapters must come with an abstract (no more than 250 words) and 3 to 5 key words. 5. The paper structure should be the following: 1. Information about authors (academic rank, degree, affiliation, e-mail) should be positioned at the left top of the page, and nowhere else on the submission. 2. Title of article 3.
