1 Białystok 18 th June 2014 III Scientific Conference of PhD Students of University of Bialystok International Cooperation and Regional Development Challenges, Perspectives Dear Sir/Madame, On behalf of PhD Students Council of University of Bialystok, we kindly invite You to take part in the III Scientific Conference of PhD of University of Białystok, which will take place on 13 th and 14 th of November, 2014 in Białystok (Poland). The Conference is aimed to students, PhD students and young scientists from any scientific research centres in Poland and abroad who are interested in issues of international cooperation and regional development. The goal of the Conference is to present young scientists' latest research topics, results and various problems in the fields mentioned under Conference topics. The additional aim of the organisers is to promote the Podlasie region and implement the concept of Bialystok - the academic city. We also hope that the Conference will become an annual event among other activities of the student community in our city. We invite You to take part in our Conference. 2 Conference date: of November, 2014 Conference venue: University of Białystok Registration fee: The registration fee is 400 PLN and covers attendance, paper publication, catering and accommodation (for the night from 13 to 14 November, 2014). The deadline of the payment is 20 October, 2014 (please, specify your first and last name by adding IIIKND_name_lastname in a transfer form). The registration fee without the accommodation option is 300 PLN, without paper and presentation (passive participation) 350 PLN, and without paper, presentation and accommodation 250 PLN. The papers should be characters long. After the Conference all papers will be reviewed and published. The organisers reserve the right to reject papers which do not meet formal requirements.
