UCI SPECIFIC REGULATIONS Article. TYPE OF EVENT The race is open for the Man Elite category riders and below U 3. The race is scheduled in the UCI Europe Tour ME. event calendar and will be held according to UCI rules. Points in individual classi cation of UCI Europe Tour for the participation in CCC TOUR - Grody Piastowskie will be awarded according to UCI Europe Tour ranking. - 40; 30; ; ; 0; 8; 6; 3; points for rst 8 competitors in general classi cation - 8; 5; ; points for rst 3 riders on each stage - 4 points for the leader of the general classi cation (per day) Article 3. PARTICIPATION The CCC TOUR - Grody Piastowskie race is open for Polish Professional Continental Teams, Continental Teams and national, regional and club teams according to art...005 of UCI regulations. The number of riders per team is minimum 5 and maximum 8 riders. National, regional and club teams need the authorization of their own National Federation for the race. Invited teams are participating in a race at the organiser's expense. Article 4. RACE HEADQUARTERS At the start, the Race Headquarters, located at the Arkadia Hotel, The 6th of Gliwicka St.; 59-0 Legnica, will be open on 0 05 05 between.00-6.00 PM. Team managers are requested to check their competitors licenses and collect their race numbers at the Headquarters from :00 PM till 5:00 PM on 0 05 05. The Team Managers Brie ng in the Commissaries Panel presence, is scheduled on 0 05-05 at 5 PM in the Arkadia Hotel, the 6th Gliwicka St., 59-0 Legnica Article 5. RADIO - TOUR The Organizer secures the Radio Tour service for all team vehicles. The radio sets will be issued before the race start. Frequency will be announced in the newsletter. Article 6. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The neutral technical support will be composed of three vehicles. Article 7. RACE'S INCIDENTS IN THE LAST 3 KILOMETERS The article.6.07 of the UCI Regulations, incidents during the last 3 km of the race. 9
Article 9. FINISHING TIME LIMIT In order to determinate the characteristics of each stage, the time limits has been divided: st stage : % nd stage : 0% 3rd stage : % According to the article.6.03 UCI Regulations the time limit may be increased after having sought the advice by the Panel of Commissaries with the Organizer. Article 9. TIME BONUSES Time bonuses will be rewarded for the Intermediate Sprints and for the Stage Finish, as follows: ) For each Intermediate Sprints: the rst 3 riders classi ed respectively 3 sec, sec. and sec. st nd rd ) At the,, 3, stage nishes: the rst 3 riders classi ed respectively 0 sec., 6 sec., and 4 sec.. Article 0. CLASSIFICATIONS INDIVIDUAL GENERAL CLASSIFICATION In the General Classi cation the shortest time of completion decides about the individual order of the riders at each stage. In case equal times, decides the order in which the riders crossed the Finish Line of the stage. As rider's time we mean time registered by the Commissaires at the Time-Keeping Point. If necessary the time increases due to penalties. The General Classi cation winner is the cyclist with the shortest total time registered at individual stages together with all bonuses and penalties. If the total time won't be helpful in deciding upon the riders order, it will be decided by the sum of places at individual stages. If the sum is equal the order will be decided by the rider's place in the last stage. POINTS GENERAL CLASSIFICATION The winner of the POINT CLASSIFICATION will be the rider, who scores the highest total number of points during all stages and nishes the Race. In the 'POINT CLASSIFICATION' the nal order will be decided by the total number of points scored at the Finish Line of each stage. The rst 0 riders will score as follows: - 0; 9; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; 0; 9; 8; 7; 6; 5; 4; 3; ; For the rst 3 places on each Sprint on each stage will assign following points: 3, i point for rst 3 classi ed riders In case of scoring equal number of points in the Final Individual Point Classi cation the following criteria will apply: - Numbers of stage conquests - Number of conquests in Intermediate Sprints, counting for the Points General Classi cation. - General Individual Classi cation CILMBER GENERAL CLASSIFICATION In this 'CLASSIFICATION' there will be mountain bonuses held (4 - st. category, 8 - nd. category). Classi cation leader will wear orange jersey. Order of riders will be decided by the total number of points scored during the mountain bonuses. During each mountain bonus the riders will score appropriate number of points depending on their position. Points st category: 0; 7; 5; 3; Points nd category: 5; 3; The Climber Classi cation title goes to a rider who scores the highest number of points during all Mountain bonuses and nishes the Race. In case of equal scores, decides: - Number of rst places at Mountain Bonuses in the highest category. - Number of rst places at Mountain Bonuses of the category which follows. - General Individual Classi cation, 0
YOUTH GENERAL CLASSIFICATION The Classi cation is being lead according to individual classi cations regulations participating by the young competitor, who was born after the 994 0 0. Leaders of 4 classi cations are obliged to ride in the jerseys they got from The Organizer during the Official Decoration Ceremony. TEAM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION In the TEAM CLASSIFICATION counts the shortest total times of the best three riders who are classi ed on the highest positions and belong to the same team. In the TEAM CLASSIFICATION the teams place depends on the shortest total times, teams have scored during particular stages. In case of equal results, decides: - Numbers of rst places in the daily Team Classi cation. - Numbers of second places in the daily Team Classi cation. - Numbers of third places in the Team Classi cation at stages. - Higher places scored reached by the three team members in General Classi cation. Article. PRIZES List of awards according to UCI regulations for the race of the. class. All prices will be paid, with contractual exchange rate = 4 PLN. Article. DOPING CONTROL The anti - doping control is organized in the rooms located near the Finish Line of each stage. Article. AWARD CEREMONY In accordance to the article.. UCI Regulations, after each stage the following riders should be decorated:.stage winner.race leader 3. Point classifcation leader 4. Mountain leader 5. Intermediate sprint winner's 6. Special sprint winner's At the nish of the nal stage to the above riders the following riders must also presents themselves:. The rst 3 of the event. The leaders of the following classi cations: ź General Classi cation by Points ź General climber's classi cation ź General Young Rider Classi cation ź General Team Classi cation. Article. PENALTIES The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable. Article. PUBLIC ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE RACE All stages will be held with limited traffic. The transversal and the opposite direction traffic will be with held for the time of the Column's passage. Traffic will be reopened after the column's passage. Riders and other participants are obliged to comply to polish traffic regulations when following the Race Column. Vehicles of the Commissaires Panel, privileged, neutral, technical and medical vehicles have the right to continue riding on the laps.
Vehicle numbers deciding at each stage about the order of the crew vehicles in the Race Column will be placed in the rear of the car on the left and on the windshield in the right bottom corner. The numbers will be supplied by the Commissaires Panel together with the stage results. Person, who takes the radio equipment and cars from the Organizer, is responsible for turning them back directly after the nish of the last stage within the Race's Office opening hours. Vehicles obtained from the Organizer must be always parked on the guarded parking lot. In other case when stolen, lost or damaged the costs must be covered by the user. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or material damage in relation to a third person both before, during and after the race. Organizer is not responsible for accidents and other losses during the race. Participants of the race must have insured against any cases and treatment costs. Each person participates in the Race on their own responsibility. The Organizer is not nancially responsible for things lost during the Race. th The unawareness about The 5 CCC TOUR - Grody Piastowskie Regulations and its non-observance won't be interpreted as an excuse by the Organizer. These Rules were accepted by the Polish Cycling Association SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ORGANISER Results The top three and the jersey wearers will be broadcasted by sms to all team managers when they are con rmed. Results will be distributed from the race HQ/Permanence as soon as possible after each stage, at all official hotels and on the organizers web site: www.grody.com.pl and to email address of each team. Communication equipment Radios will be pre-installed in all organizer-cars. Hand-held radios will be issued on Thursday 5th at the HQ/Permanence Hotel for teams without radios and other race units. Radios will be individually signed for and are the responsibility of the holder, and must not be interchanged or loaned out at any time. Dangerous spots Dangerous spots are marked with yellow ags and /or red cones, eventually also safety guard with yellow ag and whistle. Competitors are expected to be careful at these spots. Responsible driving Obligatory Switch on your lights. Low-beam headlights are required at all times. Always wear a seatbelt. Seat belts are mandatory for occupants in both the front and back seats of the vehicle. Check your speed; 30 kmh or 50 kmh max in built-up areas, depends on signs. 50 kmh max on stretches of road where there are large numbers of spectators, 90 kmh max outside built-up areas, even if there are few members of public.
