In the process of construction of the LED luminaires we cooperate with renowned industrial designers from the Triada Design studio. PRODUCTION AND TESTING IN POLAND Our factory at Tyniecka 118A Street in Kraków, Poland carries out the complete production process of lighting fixtures. The organization of manufacture at HSK LEDY is aimed at achieving a high and stable product quality yet maintaining flexibility in terms of production time and custom orders and short series. All components undergo rigorous batch testing in our in-house laboratory before being approved for production. The manufacturing process is carried out on automated production lines, ensuring constant parameters of the products. Alongside interoperable control during the production process, we run all our products through test operation at full capacity for 24 hours. STABLE QUALITY AND RELIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARAMETERS The LEDs used in our products are imported directly from the leading manufacturer in the Republic of Korea, with which we are bound by a 20-year cooperation contract in the manufacture of other electronic products. We only use LEDs of the highest energy efficiency in our luminaires. The HSK LEDY fully equipped photometric laboratory conducts ongoing measurements of the parameters of our products at every stage of production. The parameters presented in our information materials are accurate and unambiguous: we always provide the total active power consumption at the supply terminals and the luminous flux emitted from the fixture.

THE HIGHEST EFFICIENCY We use selected LEDs of leading manufacturers and as a result HSK LEDY fixtures are characterized by high performance and energy savings, and our products have the highest energy efficiency on the market, reaching over 120 lumens per watt. CONTINUOUS QUALITY EVALUATION IN ACCREDITED LABORATORIES In order to ensure the highest quality, both our products and the entire production process is subjected to continuous evaluation by independent accredited laboratories. In addition to the mandatory CE Declaration of Conformity our fixtures hold additional attestations and approvals of Polish certification centers.
