Sie beeinflusst die Fahrsicherheit und daher ist ausschließlich nur vom Fachpersonal zu montieren. Es dürfen keinesfalls Konstruktionsänderungen vorgenommen werden. Sonst erlischt die Verwendungszulassung. Falls es eine Isolationsschicht oder Fahrzeugunterbodenschutz gibt, wo die Anhängerkupplung befestigt wird, so sind diese zu entfernen. Andere Karosseriestellen und gebohrte Löcher sind mit der Antikorrosionsfarbe anzustreichen. Für die Belastungswerte gelten die vom Fahrzeughersteller angegebenen Daten bzw. max. MONTAGE - und BETRIEBSANLEITUNG DER ANHÄNGEKUPPLUNG M0x0mm 4 2 M0x00mm B A L=60mm Die Anhängekupplung (Katalognummer E9) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: OPEL ASTRA F, KOMBI, ab Bj. 99 bis 2002, dient zum ziehen der Anhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 500 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max. 75 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der Anhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden Anweisungen zu beachten. Die Anhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen Befestigungsstellen montiert werden. C 3 Anbauanleitung. Die Stoßstange demontieren. Das Ersatzrad aus dem Kofferraum entfernen. 2. Am hinteren Fahrzeugteil von außen die vom Fahrzeughersteller gekörnten Stellen suchen. Vier Löcher mit dem Bohrer ø7mm bohren. Zwecks Orientierung zuerst das Tragteil (Pos. C) anlegen. 3. In den Kofferraum das Tragteil (Pos. A) legen, durch die vorher gebohrten Löcher die Distanzhülsen einführen und die Anhängekupplungslöcher (Pos. ) mit den Schrauben M0 an dem Tragteil (Pos. C), die am hinteren Fahrzeugteil von außen eingefügt wurden, festdrehen. 4. Von der Innenseite des Kofferaums durch die Löcher (Pos. 2) des Tragteiles (Pos. A) die Löcher im Ersatzradkastenboden mit dem Bohrer ø2mm bohren. Mit den Schrauben M0x35mm mit der an der Unterseite des Fahrzeuges angelegten Anhängervorrichtung (Pos. B) festdrehen. 5. Die Kupplungskugel (Pos. B) mit dem Tragteil (Pos. C) durch das Loch (Pos. 3) mit der Schraube M2x85mm festdrehen. 6. Die Schrauben M8x30mm durch die Löcher der Anhängekupplung und die im Kofferrauminnenraum vorhandenen Löcher festziehen. 7. Vor dem Wiederanbau der Stoßstange in ihrer Längssymmetrieachse in den Unterrand ein Teil von 70x35mm herausschneiden. 8. Alle Schrauben gemäß den Angaben in der Tabelle festdrehen. 9. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen. 0. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der Anhängekupplung ausbessern. Drehmomente für Schrauben und Muttern 8.8: M 8-25 Nm M 0-55 Nm M 2-85 Nm M 4-35 Nm ACHTUNG Nach dem Anbau der Anhängekupplung sind die nationalen Vorschriften zur Anbauabnahme und zur Änderung der Fahrzeugpapiere zu beachten. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen Blinkern und Rückspiegeln, deren Abstand mindestens der Anhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. Alle Befestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 000 km Anhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen. Die Kugel der Anhängekupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.

FITTING INSTRUCTION Fitting instructions M0x0 2 M0x00 B L=60mm 3 C. For install the towbar, is necessary the disassemble the bumper and take out from boot the spare wheel. 2. In the rear plate of the car (from the outside) need to find the places appointed by the factory, and then drill four holes 7 mm. For a good orientate apply the element of the towbar (pos. C). 3. Apply to inside the boot the piece (pos. A) and across the previously drilled holes, the distance tubes and the holes (pos. ) twist with screws M0, with the applied from outside the rear plate of the car, element (pos. C). 4. From inside the boot and across the holes (pos. 2) of the element (pos. A) drill to ø2 mm hole in the floor of niche of the wheel and twist with screws M0x35 with the element (pos. B) applied to under the car. 5. Twist with screw M2x85 the tow-ball (pos. B) with the element (pos. C) by the hole (pos. 3). 6. Twist the screws M8 x 30 by the holes (pos. 4) and the existing holes inside the boot. 7. Before installing the bumper, cut out in his longitudinal axis of symmetry, in the bottom edge, a fragment 70x35 mm. 8. Screw tight, all bolts with the moment showed in the table. 9. W celu zamontowania haka należy zdemontować zderzak oraz wyjąć koło zapasowe z bagażnika. 2. W tylnym płacie samochodu (od zewnętrznej strony) odszukać miejsca fabrycznie zapunktowane, a następnie przewiercić cztery otwory wiertłem ø7 mm, w celu zorientowania się przyłożyć część hak (poz. C) 3. Włożyć do bagażnika część haka (poz. A) i poprzez uprzednio wykonane otwory, tulejki dystansowe oraz otwory haka (poz. ) skręcić śrubami M0 z przyłożoną od zewnętrznej strony tylnego płata częścią haka (poz. C) 4. Od wewnątrz bagażnika poprzez otwory (poz. 2) części haka (poz. A) przewiercić wiertłem ø2 mm otwory w podłodze wnęki koła i skręcić śrubami M0x35mm z częścią haka (poz. B) przyłożoną od spodu pojazdu. 5. Śrubą M2x85mm skręcić część kulistą haka (poz. B) z częścią haka (poz. C) poprzez otwór (poz. 3). 6. Skręcić śrubami M8x30mm poprzez otwory haka (poz. 4) oraz istniejące otwory wewnątrz bagażnika 7. Przed zamontowaniem zderzaka w jego podłużnej osi symetrii wyciąć w dolnej krawędzi fragment 70x35mm 8. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem, jak pokazano w tabeli. 9. Podłączyć przewody z gniazdka 7 - bieg. do instalacji elektrycznej zgodnie z instrukcją fabryczną samochodu (zaleca się wykonanie w ASO). 0. Uzupełnić ewentualne ubytki powłoki malarskiej haka powstałe w trakcie montażu. B Hak holowniczy przeznaczony jest do zamontowania w samochodzie OPEL ASTRA A KOMBI produkowanego od 99 r. do 2002 r., nr kat. Samochód powinien być wyposażony w: - kierunkowskazy boczne, - lusterka boczne o rozstawie co najmniej szerokości przyczepy. Sprawdzać śruby mocujące haka holowniczego po około 000 km przebiegu eksploatacji. Kula haka musi być utrzymana w czystości i konserwowana smarem stałym.
