Osoba przyjęta nabywa prawa studenta z chwilą immatrykulacji i złożenia ślubowania. Uczelnia oświadcza, że jest niepubliczną szkołą wyższą, działającą na podstawie zezwolenia Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 12 maja 1993 r., Nr DNS-3-0145/21/93 i spełnia wymagania określone w ustawie z 27 lipca 2005 r. Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 2183, z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej Ustawą, oraz wydanych na jej podstawie rozporządzeniach. The person admitted to studies will acquire student rights upon the moment of matriculation and taking vows. The University hereby declares that it is a non-public university operating under the authorization of the Minister for National Education of 12 May 1993, no. DNS-3-0145/21/93, and satisfies the requirements specified in the Act of 27 July 2005 Law on Higher Education (uniform text Official Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland of 2017, item 2183, as amended), henceforth referred to as the Act, and in regulations issued based upon it. 1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest określenie wysokości i warunków pobierania opłat związanych z odbywaniem studiów na podstawie art. 160a ust. 1 Ustawy. 2. 1. Uczelnia zobowiązuje się umożliwić osobie przyjętej na studia kształcenie na studiach..stopnia* realizowanych w formie studiów.. * począwszy od roku akademickiego 2018/2019 na kierunku 3. 1. Uczelnia oświadcza, że stworzy warunki do rozwijania wiedzy i umiejętności poprzez zapewnienie programu kształcenia zgodnego z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, właściwej kadry naukowo-dydaktycznej oraz udostępnienie bazy naukowej, lokalowej i bibliotecznej. 2. Osoba przyjęta na studia oświadcza, że będzie wykorzystywała możliwości kształcenia, jakie stwarza jej Uczelnia, przestrzegała postanowień Regulaminu Studiów Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego oraz innych przepisów regulujących działalność Uczelni. 3. Uczelnia oświadcza, że studia podjęte przez osobę przyjętą na studia kończą się uzyskaniem tytułu zawodowego.., nadawanego zgodnie z przysługującymi Uczelni uprawnieniami. 4. 1. Osoba przyjęta na studia zobowiązuje się do terminowego wnoszenia począwszy od roku akademickiego 2018/2019 opłat za studia. Za opóźnienie we wnoszeniu semestralnych opłat za studia, niezależnie od jego przyczyn, osoba przyjęta na studia zapłaci odsetki, liczone od kwoty zaległości i liczby dni opóźnienia. 1. The subject-matter of the Agreement involves determination of the amount of and the terms and conditions of collecting fees for the pursuit of studies, pursuant to art. 160a section 1 of the Act. 2. 1. The University undertakes to provide to the person admitted to studies the opportunity to receive education in the course of. studies* pursued in the form of.studies* starting from the academic year 2018/2019 in the field of... 3. 1. The University declares that it will create appropriate conditions for gaining knowledge and developing skills by ensuring a teaching program consistent with the relevant applicable provisions of law, engaging competent research and teaching academic staff, and offering its premises, library, and scientific resources. 2. The person admitted to studies declares to take advantage of the education opportunities provided by the University, observe the provisions of the Study Regulations of Kozminski University, and other provisions regulating the activity of the University. 3. The University declares that the studies undertaken by the person admitted to studies will end with a degree of.., awarded in accordance with the powers exercised by the University. 4. 1. The person admitted to studies is obliged to make timely payments for studies, starting from the academic year 2018/2019. Any delays in payment of the semester fees, regardless of the reasons for such delay, will require the person admitted to studies to pay interest calculated on the amount in arrears and the number of days of the delay. 2. Odsetki za opóźnienie w opłatach ustala się na podstawie art. 481 2¹ KC, w wysokości dwukrotności odsetek ustawowych za opóźnienie. 3. Osoba przyjęta na studia jest zobowiązana do wnoszenia opłat na indywidualne konto studenckie. Za dotrzymanie terminu uznaje się wpływ środków na konto Uczelni w terminach określonych w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszej Umowy. 4. Osoba przyjęta na studia jest zobowiązana do regularnej zmiany indywidualnego hasła uczelnianego konta e-mail, wynikającej z przyjętej przez Uczelnię polityki bezpieczeństwa. 5. Osoba przyjęta na studia powinna czytać komunikaty dostarczane między innymi na indywidualną uczelnianą skrzynkę e-mail oraz dostępne w systemie Wirtualna Uczelnia. 5. 1. Integralną częścią niniejszej Umowy są: ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 1 O WYSOKOŚCI SEMESTRALNYCH OPŁAT ZA STUDIA I TERMINACH ICH PŁATNOŚCI oraz ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 2 O OPŁATACH Z INNYCH TYTUŁÓW NIŻ SEMESTRALNA OPŁATA ZA STUDIA oraz ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 3 O ULGACH W OPŁATACH. 2. Wysokość semestralnych opłat za studia w trakcie trwania danego roku akademickiego jest stała i nie może być podwyższana. Począwszy od drugiego roku kształcenia wysokość semestralnych opłat za studia może być, zarządzeniem Rektora, podwyższana o średnioroczny wzrost cen towarów i usług konsumpcyjnych w roku kalendarzowy poprzedzającym rozpoczęcie roku akademickiego w stosunku do poprzedniego roku kalendarzowego, ogłoszony w komunikacie Prezesa Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego, z zastrzeżeniem ust. 6. 3. Informacja o zmianie wysokości semestralnych opłat za studia zostaje podana do wiadomości publicznej oraz doręczona osobie przyjętej na studia nie później niż na 2 miesiące przed rozpoczęciem roku akademickiego, jeśli inne umowy z osobą przyjętą na studia nie 2. The interest for a delay in payment shall be determined pursuant to the Article 481 2¹ of the Polish Civil Code, in the amount of two times the statutory interest rate applicable in case of a delayed payment. 3. The person admitted to studies shall make payments to the individual student account. Making the payment by the set deadline shall mean crediting the account of the University according to the deadlines specified in Appendix no. 1 to this Agreement. 4. The person admitted to studies shall change the password to their university mailbox on a regular basis, as provided for in the approved security policy adopted by the University. 5. The person admitted to studies should read all messages sent, among others, to their university mailbox and published in the Virtual University system. 5. 1. Integral parts of the Agreement constitute: APPENDIX NO. 1 ON THE AMOUNT OF AND DEADLINES FOR PAYMENT OF SEMESTER TUITION FEES and APPENDIX NO. 2 ON FEES OTHER THAN SEMESTER TUITION FEES AND APPENDIX NO.3 ON TUITION FEE DISCOUNTS. 2. The amount of the semester tuition fees is fixed throughout a given academic year and may not increase. Starting from the second year of studies, the amount of the semester tuition fees may be increased, by means of the Rector s decision, by the yearly average increase in the prices of consumption of goods and services in the calendar year preceding the commencement of the academic year in respect of the previous calendar year, as announced by the President of the Central Statistical Office, subject to section 6. 3. The information on any changes in the semester tuition fees shall be published and communicated to the person admitted to studies no later than 2 months prior the commencement of the academic year unless specified otherwise in other agreements concluded with the person admitted to studies. stanowią inaczej. Zmiana wysokości semestralnej opłaty za studia w trybie określonym w ust. 2 nie wymaga zawarcia aneksu do niniejszej Umowy. 4. W przypadku zmiany wysokości opłat za studia, osoba przyjęta na studia może w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania informacji, o której mowa w ust. 3 złożyć pisemne oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od niniejszej Umowy. Oświadczenie to oznacza rezygnację ze studiów i jest podstawą do skreślenia osoby przyjętej na studia z listy studentów. 5. Osoba przyjęta na studia jest zobowiązana do wniesienia opłat za każdy semestr studiów objętych programem kształcenia, nawet jeśli otrzyma ona zgodę władz Uczelni na realizację studiów w terminie krótszym niż wynikający z programu kształcenia. 6. W przypadku powtarzania semestru/roku studiów lub powrotu z urlopu osoba przyjęta na studia wnosi opłaty obowiązujące w danym roku akademickim dla realizowanego przez nią semestru/roku studiów. 7. Opłaty z innych tytułów niż opłata semestralna, o których mowa w załączniku nr 2, osoba przyjęta na studia wnosi w wysokości ustalonej zarządzeniem Rektora w sprawie opłat za studia wyższe dla roku akademickiego, w którym osoba ta jest zobowiązana opłaty uiścić. 8. Wysokość opłaty semestralnej za każdy semestr studiów realizowanych w uczelni zagranicznej, w ramach programu wymiany studentów, wynosi 100% semestralnej opłaty ustalonej dla danego kierunku, formy i semestru studiów w ALK. 9. Osoba przyjęta na studia, która nie wniesie opłat za studia w ustalonych terminach, po uprzednim wezwaniu do uregulowania zaległych opłat, decyzją odpowiedniego organu Uczelni zostaje skreślona z listy studentów. 6. 1. W przypadku złożenia pisemnej rezygnacji ze studiów przez osobę przyjętą na studia przysługuje jej zwrot całości wpłaconych semestralnych opłat za studia, jeśli A change in the semester tuition fee under section 2 requires no amendment to this Agreement. 4. In the case of any changes in the tuition fees, the person admitted to studies may submit a written declaration of withdrawal from this Agreement within 14 days from the receipt of information specified in section 3. Such declaration means a resignation from studies and gives grounds to remove person admitted to studies from the list of students. 5. The person admitted to studies is obliged to pay the fees for each semester of studies included in the teaching program even if they are permitted by the authorities of the University to pursue their studies in a shorter term than that resulting from the program. 6. In the case of retaking a semester/year of studies, or in the case of a leave, the person admitted to studies shall make the payment of tuition fees according to the rates applicable to the academic year of study in. 7. Fees other than semester tuition fee, referred to in Appendix no. 2, shall be paid by the person admitted to studies in the amount specified in the Regulation of the Rector on tuition fees for studies applicable in the academic year in which the person admitted to studies is obliged to pay the fees. 8. The amount of the tuition fee for each semester of the studies pursued at a foreign university as part of a student exchange program equals 100% of the semester fee determined for a given field of studies, form of studies, and semester of studies at KU. 9. The person admitted to studies who fails to pay the tuition fees within the set deadlines after being previously requested to cover any arrears is removed from the list of students based on a decision of a respective authority of the University. 6. 1. The person admitted to studies, who submits a written declaration of resignation from studies, is entitled to have the whole amount of the paid semester fees returned if the declaration of Strona/Page 4-6

rezygnacja zostanie złożona przed dniem immatrykulacji. 2. W przypadku skreślenia z listy studentów osobie przyjętej na studia przysługuje zwrot semestralnych opłat za studia, wpłaconych na poczet kolejnych miesięcy następujących po dacie wydania decyzji o skreśleniu z listy studentów. 7. 1. Niniejsza Umowa jest zawarta na okres trwania studiów określony w programie studiów. 2. W przypadku przedłużenia okresu realizacji studiów zgodnie z postanowieniami Regulaminu Studiów Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego, okres związania Umową ulega odpowiedniemu przedłużeniu. 3. Niniejsza Umowa rozwiązuje się przed upływem terminu, o którym mowa w ust. 1, w przypadku: 1) ostatecznego skreślenia z listy studentów; 2) złożenia pisemnej rezygnacji ze studiów. 4. Umowa wygasa z mocy prawa z chwilą ukończenia studiów przez osobę przyjętą na studia. 5. Rozwiązanie lub wygaśniecie niniejszej Umowy nie wpływa na obowiązywanie tych jej postanowień, które z uwagi na swój przedmiot zachowują moc tj. w szczególności dotyczących obowiązku wniesienia opłat za studia. 8. Każda ze stron jest uprawniona do wypowiedzenia Umowy w każdym czasie. Wypowiedzenie powinno nastąpić w formie pisemnej pod rygorem nieważności. Wypowiedzenie Umowy przez osobę przyjętą na studia jest równoznaczne z rezygnacją ze studiów. 9. Osoba przyjęta na studia oświadcza, że przed podpisaniem niniejszej Umowy zapoznała się z zarządzeniem Rektora Uczelni w sprawie opłat za studia wyższe i akceptuje postanowienia w nim zawarte. resignation is submitted before the day of immatriculation. 2. The person admitted to studies who has been removed from the list of students, is entitled to have the semester fees paid for the months coming after the date of issuance of the decision on their removal from the list of students returned. 7. 1. The Agreement is concluded for the term of studies, as specified in the study program. 2. If the term of studies is prolonged in accordance with the provisions of the Study Regulations of Kozminski University, the term of the Agreement will be extended accordingly. 3. This Agreement terminates before the expiry of the date specified in section 1 in the following cases: 1) final removal from the list of students, 2) submission of a written resignation from studies. 4. The Agreement expires by virtue of law at the graduation of the person admitted to studies. 5. Termination or expiry of the Agreement does not affect the validity of the provisions that remain in force on account of their subject matter, i.e. especially with regard to the obligation to pay tuition fees. 8. Each party may terminate the Agreement at any time. The Agreement shall be terminated in writing, and shall otherwise be null and void. Termination of the Agreement by the person admitted to studies means resignation from studies. 9. The person admitted to studies declares to have become familiarized with the Rector s regulation on tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate studies before signing the Agreement and accepts the provisions included therein. 10. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszą Umową mają zastosowanie przepisy Ustawy, Statutu Uczelni, Regulaminu Studiów Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego, zarządzenia Rektora w sprawie opłat za studia wyższe w ALK, oraz kodeksu cywilnego. 10. To matters not covered by provisions of the Agreement the Act, the Statutes of the University, the Study Regulations of Kozminski University, the Rector s regulation on tuition fees for tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate studies offered at KU and the Civil Code shall apply. 11. Zmiany treści Umowy wymagają formy pisemnej pod rygorem nieważności. 12. 1. Niniejsza Umowa została sporządzona w dwóch jednobrzmiących egzemplarzach, po jednym dla każdej ze stron. 2. Umowa sporządzona została w języku polskim wraz z załączonym tłumaczeniem na język angielski. 3. Podstawą wykładni postanowień Umowy jest wersja w języku polskim. W przypadku rozbieżności interpretacyjnych pierwszeństwo przyznaje się wersji Umowy w języku polskim. 11. Any changes to the Agreement shall be made in writing, otherwise they are null and void. 12. 1. The Agreement has been drawn up in two counterparts, one for each party. 2. The Agreement has been drawn up in the Polish language, and is accompanied by its English translation. 3. The Polish language version shall serve as a basis for interpretation of the provisions of the Agreement. Opłaty semestralne ustalone wyżej dotyczą również opłat za odbywanie studiów według Indywidualnego Programu Studiów lub Indywidualnej Organizacji Studiów. II. Terminy płatności semestralnych opłat za studia. 1. Opłaty za studia mogą być wnoszone jednorazowo albo ratalnie. 2. Terminy płatności semestralnej opłaty za studia za pierwszy semestr są następujące: 1) jednorazowo: nie później niż w ciągu 7 dni od podpisania umowy w sprawie wysokości i warunków pobierania opłat związanych z odbywaniem studiów. Brak płatności jednorazowo w powyższym terminie oznacza, że w danym semestrze studenta obowiązują płatności ratalne; 2) ratalnie: a) I rata: nie później niż w ciągu 7 dni od podpisania umowy w sprawie wysokości i warunków pobierania opłat związanych z odbywaniem studiów, b) II rata do 5 października c) III rata do 5 listopada, d) IV rata do 5 grudnia, e) V rata do 5 stycznia. 3. Terminy płatności semestralnej opłaty za studia za kolejne semestry zimowe są następujące: 1) jednorazowo za drugi i kolejne semestry zimowe - do 15 września. Brak płatności jednorazowo w powyższym terminie oznacza, że w danym semestrze studenta obowiązują płatności ratalne; 2) ratalnie: a) I rata do 15 września, b) II rata do 5 października, 10950 2210 8700 1760 10950 2210 2. Semester fees as specified above apply to fees for studies pursued according to an Individual Program of Studies or an Individual Organization of Studies II. Deadlines of payment of the semester tuition fees 1. The tuition fees are paid as a single payment or by instalments. 2. The deadlines of payment of the semester tuition fees for the first semester of the studies are as follows: 1) single payment: no later than within 7 days of the date of signature of the agreement on the amount of and conditions of collecting tuition fees. If the said single payment is not made within the above deadline, it implies that the student is obliged to make their payments in a given semester in instalments; 2) payment by instalments: a) 1 st instalment: no later than within 7 days of the date of signature of the agreement on the amount of and conditions of collecting tuition fees; b) 2 nd instalment - by 5 th October; c) 3 rd instalment by 5 th November; d) 4 th instalment - by 5 th December; e) 5 th instalment - by 5 th January. 3. The deadlines of payment of the semester fee for consecutive fall semesters are as follows: 1) single payment for the second and consecutive fall semesters by 15 th September. If the said single payment is not made within the above deadline, it implies that the student is obliged to make their payment in a given semester in instalments; 2) payment by instalment: a) 1 st instalment - by 15 th September;

c) III rata do 5 listopada, d) IV rata do 5 grudnia, e) V rata do 5 stycznia. 4. Terminy płatności semestralnej opłaty za studia za kolejne semestry letnie są następujące: 1) jednorazowo: za drugi i kolejne semestry letnie - do 5 lutego. Brak płatności jednorazowo w powyższym terminie oznacza, że w danym semestrze studenta obowiązują płatności ratalne; 2) ratalnie: a) I rata do 5 lutego, b) II rata do 5 marca, c) III rata do 5 kwietnia, d) IV rata do 5 maja, e) V rata do 5 czerwca. 5. Podane powyżej terminy oznaczają daty wpływu środków na konto Uczelni. 6. W przypadku, kiedy student dokona wpłaty jednorazowej, ale po terminie określonym w pkt. 2.1, pkt. 3.1, pkt. 4.1, wpłata ta jest traktowana jako ratalna i jej wysokość powinna być uzupełniona do wysokości opłat wnoszonych ratalnie. 7. W przypadku podpisywania umowy w sprawie wysokości i warunków pobierania opłat związanych z odbywaniem studiów, po rozpoczęciu roku akademickiego (właściwego dla danego studenta) i dokonaniu wyboru płatności ratalnych za pierwszy semestr studiów, osoba przyjęta na studia zobowiązana jest wpłacić najpóźniej w dniu podpisywania umowy opłatę w wysokości stanowiącej iloczyn płatności ratalnej i liczby rat, których terminy zapłacenia już upłynęły 8. W semestrze, w którym student zamierza zmienić kierunek, rodzaj lub formę studiów wnosi opłaty według następującego schematu: 1) do końca miesiąca, w którym otrzymał decyzję o zmianie, obowiązują go opłaty przewidziane dla kierunku, rodzaju lub formy studiów, z którego zrezygnował; 2) w kolejnych miesiącach student wnosi opłaty właściwe dla zmienionego kierunku, rodzaju lub formy studiów. b) 2 nd instalment - by 5 th October; c) 3 rd instalment - by 5 th November; d) 4 th instalment - by 5 th December; 5 th instalment - by 5 th January. 4. The deadlines of payment of the semester fee for consecutive spring semesters are as follows: 1) single payment: for the second and consecutive spring semesters by 5 th February. If the said single payment is not made within the above deadline it implies that the student is obliged to make in a given semester payment in instalments; 2) payment by instalment: a) 1 st instalment - by 5 th February; b) 2 nd instalment - by 5 th March; c) 3 rd instalment - by 5 th April; d) 4 th instalment - by 5 th May; e) 5 th instalment - by 5 th June. 5. The deadlines specified above indicate the date of receipt of the payment on the account of the University. 6. In the event the student makes a single payment after the deadline specified in item 2.1, item 3.1, item 4.1, such payment is considered as payment in instalments and its amount shall be completed up to the amount of the payments made in instalment. 7. If an agreement on the amount of and conditions of collecting tuition fees for university studies was signed after the beginning of the academic year (specific to a given student) and the payment by instalments for the first semester has been chosen, the person admitted to studies is required, no later than on the day of signing the agreement, to pay an amount of the sum of instalments that have become due and payable before the date of signing the agreement. 8. If a student intends to change the field of study, the type, or the form of studies in a course of the semester the student is then obliged to make payments in accordance with the following schedule: 1) up to the end of the month of receipt of the decision on the aforesaid change the tuition fees are paid in the manner applicable to the field of study, type, or form of studies the student has resigned from; 2) in subsequent months the tuition fees are paid in the manner and in the amount applicable to the new field of study, type, or form of studies.

Student może wnioskować o rozszerzenie realizowanego przez niego planu studiów i programu kształcenia o dodatkowe przedmioty lub przedmioty z semestrów wyższych. Jeżeli powtarzany przedmiot realizowany jest w więcej niż jednej formie (forma: wykład, ćwiczenia, konwersatorium, tutorial, warsztaty), to opłata naliczana jest w wysokości 980 zł w wymiarze semestralnym. 5. Opłaty określone w pkt. 4 należy wpłacić na rachunek ALK w następujących terminach: 1) w ciągu 14 dni od daty doręczenia decyzji za przedmioty realizowane w semestrze zimowym, 2) do 5 lutego za przedmioty realizowane w semestrze letnim. 6. Opłata za powtarzany semestr lub rok, za który student wniósł uprzednio 100 % obowiązującej opłaty wynosi 610 zł w wymiarze semestralnym za każdy przedmiot określony przez Rektora. Jeżeli powtarzany przedmiot realizowany jest w więcej niż jednej formie (forma: wykład, ćwiczenia, konwersatorium, tutorial, warsztaty) to opłata naliczana jest w wysokości 980 zł. Jeżeli suma opłat, o których mowa w tym punkcie w zdaniach pierwszym i drugim, za poszczególne przedmioty przewyższa opłatę semestralną, wówczas obowiązuje opłata semestralna. 7. Jeżeli przedmiot realizowany jest w więcej niż jednej formie (forma: wykład, ćwiczenia, konwersatorium, tutorial, warsztaty), to opłata naliczana jest w wysokości 980 zł w wymiarze semestralnym. W przypadku niezłożenia pracy dyplomowej w terminie określonym w regulaminie studiów ALK, student wnosi dodatkowo w ostatnim semestrze opłatę odpowiednio: w wysokości 1500 zł na studiach pierwszego stopnia i 2000 zł na studiach drugiego stopnia lub jednolitych magisterskich, z tytułu realizacji seminarium dyplomowego w trybie indywidualnym. Jeżeli suma opłat przewyższa opłatę semestralną, wówczas obowiązuje opłata semestralna. 9. W przypadku powtarzania semestru lub roku student wnosi opłaty określone ust. 6, 7 i 8 w terminie nie później niż 14 dni od daty doręczenia decyzji. 10. W przypadku wznowienia studiów, zmiany kierunku studiów lub przeniesienia się studenta do ALK z innej uczelni student wnosi opłaty określone ust. 6, 7 i 8 nie później niż w ciągu 7 dni od podpisania umowy w sprawie wysokości i warunków pobierania opłat związanych z odbywaniem studiów. 11. Wysokość opłat za wydanie poniższych dokumentów wynosi: 1) dyplom ukończenia studiów wraz z dwoma odpisami - 60 zł, 2) duplikat elektronicznej legitymacji studenckiej - 25,50 zł, 3) odpis dyplomu w tłumaczeniu na język obcy - 40 zł 12. The amounts to be paid for issuance of the documents specified below are as follows: 1) graduation diploma with two copies thereof PLN 60 2) duplicate of electronic student ID card PLN 25.50 3) copy of the diploma translated into a foreign language PLN 40 12. Studentowi, który realizuje jednocześnie więcej niż jeden kierunek studiów wyższych w ALK, przysługuje ulga na drugim i kolejnym kierunku studiów w wysokości 50% semestralnej opłaty za ten kierunek do czasu zakończenia ostatniego semestru studiów na pierwszym kierunku - z zastrzeżeniem ust. 2 i 4. 2. Ulga, o której mowa w ust.1 nie przysługuje w przypadku powtarzania semestru lub roku na pierwszym lub kolejnym kierunku studiów lub odbywania urlopu na jednym z tych kierunków. 3. W przypadku studiowania jednocześnie na dwóch kierunkach i skreśleniu z listy studentów na pierwszym kierunku studiów, wysokość semestralnej opłaty za studia na drugim kierunku, który staje się jedynym kierunkiem studiów w ALK wynosi 100 % właściwej dla drugiego kierunku semestralnej opłaty za studia. Zmiana wysokości semestralnej opłaty za studia na drugim i kolejnym kierunku następuje począwszy od następnego miesiąca, w którym uprawomocniła się decyzja o skreśleniu z pierwszego kierunku studiów. 4. Studia wyższe prowadzone w języku angielskim a także studia na kierunku prawo specjalność prawo gospodarcze lub studia na kierunku finanse i rachunkowość, specjalność: doradztwo finansowe bądź studia na kierunku zarządzanie, specjalność zarządzanie w wirtualnym środowisku są traktowane jako pierwszy kierunek studiów, niezależnie od terminu ich rozpoczęcia. W przypadku jednoczesnej realizacji studiów w języku angielskim oraz na kierunku prawo, specjalność prawo gospodarcze lub na kierunku finanse i rachunkowość, specjalność: doradztwo finansowe bądź studia na kierunku zarządzanie, specjalność zarządzanie w wirtualnym środowisku jako pierwszy kierunek studiów traktowany jest kierunek prowadzony w języku angielskim. 5. Opłata semestralna za realizowanie drugiej i kolejnej specjalności na tym samym kierunku studiów w ALK i wynosi 25% semestralnej opłaty określonej dla danego kierunku 1. A student pursuing more than one field of studies at the Kozminski University (the KU) at the same time is entitled to a discount on the second and any further field of studies in the amount of 50% in the semester tuition fee for a given studies until the time of completion of the last semester of studies on the first field of studies, subject to section 2 and 4. 2. The discount referred to in section 1 does not apply, if the student repeats a semester or an entire year in the first or subsequent field of studies, or in the case of taking a leave in one of the field of studies. 3.
