2 Maszyna przeznaczona do transportu ładunków na nieznacznych odległościach. Znajduje zastosowanie przy pracach ziemnych, przeładunkowych, w żwirowniach, składach węgla, etc. Technical condition of the object (0) maszyna znajduje się w stanie technicznym zgodnym z wiekiem i czasem pracy. Podczas oględzin maszyna została uruchomiona, wykonano krótką jazdę próbną wraz z symulacją ruchów roboczych bez obciążenia. Podczas oględzin nie ujawniono niesprawności ani braków w osprzęcie i wyposażeniu. Stwierdzono nieznaczne uszkodzenia o charakterze eksploatacyjnym w postaci zarysowań, odprysków lakieru, śladów korozji czy nieznacznych deformacji. Stwierdzono ponadto: - lampa LT pęknięta; - radio nie funkcjonuje; - opony z uszkodzeniami na bokach; - sygnał dźwiękowy nieprawidłowo zamontowany; - osłona rury wydechowej rozerwana; - mata głusząca pokrywy komory silnika rozerwana; - lampka kontrolna akumulatora sygnalizacja usterki; - przycisk hamulca pomocniczego uszkodzony; - fotel operatora przepalone, rozerwane poszycie; - maskownica gniazda 12V brak; - nakładka dachu połamana. Podczas oględzin ujawniono otwory po montażu tabliczki znamionowej. Główna tabliczka znamionowa (z masą, rokiem budowy, etc.) brak. Data budowy silnika wg tabliczki znamionowej 10/2007. W kabinie ujawniono wklejkę obsługi serwisowej z dnia 11/2015 przy czasie pracy 12750mtg. This value takes into account,above others, manufacturer, type and way of use of the machine, its structure, completeness, condition, age, technical measure, time period and method of operation remained at the disposal of the anticipated duration and method of operation. The basis of action for that purpose is: - Detail identification of the subject of valuation, - Confirming completeness and technical efficiency - Arrangements for the operation (conditions, time) page 2

Określa ogólny stan obiektu na dzień oględzin. Nie może być zatem traktowana jako kompleksowa ocena stanu technicznego.
