3 Settings The settings page is divided into three sections 1. User settings where you can: a. change the password save option b. enable the demonstration account 2. Finances, here you can change the currency setting 3. Information about the application: a. a link to the BKF support site b. the application version code To open the settings page simply push the menu button on your device, or if your device doesn t have one there should be a menu button in the right top corner of the screen.

4 Login You gain access to the application after logging in by passing your username and password. The login data are the same as for the BKF Client Module site. If you don t have a Client Module account please contact the BKF sales department. icarwash also allows you to log in into a demo account. Go to the settings page and check the Demo option. After enabling this option you should be able to see a Demo mode enable notification on the bottom of the login page. Access is granted after filling the user and password fileds with: demo. You can see the value of the filled in password by checking the Show password option on the login page. We recomment using the Remember password option. After enabling this option you won t have to fill the User and Password fields on each login attempt.

6 Navigation within the application After logging in you see the apps main view. Looking from the top of the screen it consists of: navigation bar. It has a gray background. The navigation bar contains: application name, three tabs: CAR WASH, ALARMS, FINANCE. The currently visible tab is marked with a underline. content of the tab After pressing on some elements of the content a deeper level of the navigation is opened. If those cases a back arrow is shown to the left of the application name. You can unwind the navigation by pressing the back arrow or using the devices back button. Sometimes you may be deep in the navigation and wish to get to the top view of the active tab. You can achieve this by pressing on the tab button instead of repeatedly pressing the back arrow. Navigation between the tabs can be made by pressing on the tab buttons or by swiping between the views. The menu contains three elements: 1. Settings opens the settings page, 2. Refresh data downloads the view or tab data and displays it again 3. Logout ends the session and opens the login screen View description

7 CAR WASH tab Te main view of the CAR WASH tab contains a list of owners car washes. Each row contains: 1. a dot showing the network comunication with the car wash. Each color has a meaning: a. green car wash sent last message within the last hour, b. orange las hour older than one hour, c. red car wash doesn t send information since 24 hours 2. Serial number of the car wash, 3. Car wash name or address After choosing a car wash from the list an options view is opened. From this view you can navigate to theese pages: Autodiagnostics contains data about the PLC controller on the car wash, Events contains a list of last events reported by the car wash, Monitor contains various sensor readings, Finance last user counter data (See the FINANCE tab chapter for more information), Alarms list of active alarms reported by the car wash (See ALARMS tab chapter for more details)

8 ALARMS tab The ALARMS tab contains a list of active alarms on all of users car washes. Each row contains: 1. a dot representing the alarm status a. red means that the alarm situation still takes place on the car wash. b. blue the alarm situation still persists and but was confirmed on the controller on the car wash c. white situation doesn t take place but the alarm wasn t confiemed on the controller yet. 2. Serial number of the car wash that reported the situation 3. Alarm description After choosing alarm from the list you can see the alarm details. The details contain also the date and time, group and code of the alarm.

9 FINANCE tab In the FINANCE tab you can see the last user s counter readings of each car wash. In the main view totals for each car wash are shown. The first row (with a gray background) contains a total for all car washes. After choosing a car wash from the list you can see the stand totals view. The first row contains the car wash numer. Second row (with gray background) contains a total value for all stands. Following rows contain the stand number and a total value for that stand. After choosing a stand from the list a summary for each payment method is shown. The first item shows the car wash number followed by an arrow ( ) and the choosen stand number. Next row (gray background) contains a total value for all payment methods. Following rows contain the payment method name and the total value for that method. You can choose a currency to display the values in the settings view.
