2 Few things about us The WMB company was established in the year Through the years we have managed to become one of the top manufacturers of interior and exterior molding profiles on the polish market. The aim of the company is to meet higher and higher expectations of our Customers such as: architects, designers, commercial and private investors. The effect of our long-standing work is a wide range of products which meets our customer s various tastes, needs and requirements. Our brand also becomes to be recognisable on foreign markets where currently we compete with local companies. Our policy is based on a reliable, fair and efficient customer service, professionalism and the top-quality materials applied in the manufacturing. Technology Our products are manufactured only from the top-quality certified raw materials. Cores of our products are made from hardened EPS polystyrene foam, or polyurethane (PU). The exterior layers are styrene-acrylic dispersions dispersions with additional modifiers and quartz fillers. We mostly manufacture line elements (cornices, molding, toothing battens) with a standard length of 200 cm (+/- 1 cm). We also produce spatial elements (reliefs, decors, bases and heads of columns, keystones, corbels, etc.) casted out in silicone and concrete mass molds. Furthermore, we have a unique technology and materials which allow us to easily, quickly and accurately reconstruct any architectonic details which are to be changed or reconstructed, e.g. during the renovation of monuments. We are able to produce any kind of molding according to the design of our customers. Where to apply... All stucco products WMB are adequately protected against the adverse effects of weather conditions (sun, rain, frost, wind) and are mainly dedicated for outdoor applications (facades), but also seamlessly can be used in the interior decoration. Our molding and other linear elements we produce in two technologies. MACHINE METHOD so called SMOOTH COATING, and the SPRAYING METHOD. By the usage of machine method we can achieve sharp edges and smooth surfaces. By obtaining sharp edges of profiles or cornices, our stucco exterior mounted on the facade is more pronounced, also thanks to the smooth surface of the strips it is much easier to cut them up. The advantage of applying the spraying method is a natural shell (in our case it is sandstone) to any architectural element such as brackets, keystones, rustication or any kind of spatial elements. There is a possibility of applying different grain aggregates, ranging from a very smooth grain size of mm on to expressive mm. The product thus made is virtually no way to distinguish from the real sandstone. Molding made with sprayed coating is composed of three distinct layers, which recreates precisely shapes of every element, possess high resistance and incredible flexibility. Die sämtliche WMB-Stuckwaren wurden gegen ungünstige Auswirkungen der atmosphärischen Bedingungen (Sonne,Regen, Frist, Wind) entsprechend gesichert und sollen hauptsächlich draußen verwendet werden (Fronte, Fassaden). Sie können aber auch bei der Innenausstattung verwendet werden. Kilka słów o nas Firma WMB powstała w 1989 r. Technologia Do produkcji naszych wyrobów stosujemy wyłącznie najwyższej jakości atestowane surowce. Rdzenie produktów wykonane są z twardych pianek polistyrenowych EPS lub poliuretanowych PU. Powłoki zewnętrzne to dyspersje styrenowo-akrylowe, z dodatkami modyfikującymi i wypełniaczami kwarcowymi oraz powłoki cementowe zbrojone włóknem szklanym. Produkujemy głównie elementy liniowe (gzymsy, listwy, pasy boniujące) o długości 200 cm (+/- 1 cm), jak również elementy przestrzenne (płaskorzeźby, dekory, bazy i głowice kolumn, bonie, zworniki itp.) odlewane w formach sylikonowych z mas akrylowych i cementowych. Dysponujemy unikalną technologią i materiałami pozwalającymi nam w prosty i szybki sposób wiernie odtworzyć detale architektoniczne, które wymagają wymiany np. przy renowacji zabytków. Możemy wykonać każdy rodzaj listwy wg. dostarczonych wzorów przez Klienta. Gdzie można stosować... Wszystkie wyroby sztukateryjne WMB są odpowiednio zabezpieczone przed niekorzystnym oddziaływaniem warunków atmosferycznych (słońce, deszcze, mróz, wiatr) i są dedykowane głównie do zastosowań zewnętrznych (fasady, elewacje) lecz również bezproblemowo można je stosować w dekoracjach wnętrz. Nasze profile elewacyjne, gzymsy oraz inne elementy liniowe produkujemy w dwóch technologiach. METODA MASZYNOWA tzw. CIĄGNIONA oraz METODA NATRYSKOWA. Przy zastosowaniu metody ciągnionej uzyskuje się ostre krawędzie oraz gładkie płaszczyzny. Poprzez uzyskanie ostrych krawędzi na listwach czy gzymsach, nasza sztukateria zewnętrzna zamontowana na elewacji jest bardziej wyrazista, dodatkowo dzięki gładkiej powierzchni listew znacznie ułatwiona jest docinka oraz ich obróbka. Zaletą metody natryskowej jest idealne naniesienie powłoki (w naszym przypadku piaskowca) na dowolny element architektoniczny taki jak: wsporniki, zworniki, bonie czy wszelkiego rodzaju elementy przestrzenne. Możliwość stosowania różnej granulacji kruszyw, od bardzo gładkich o uziarnieniu 0,1-0,3 mm po wyraziste 1-1,5 mm. Produkt w ten sposób wykonany praktycznie nie sposób odróżnić od prawdziwego piaskowca. Sztukateria wykonana z powłoką nakładaną natryskowo składa się z trzech osobnych warstw, co powoduje precyzyjne oddanie każdego kształtu, wysoką wytrzymałość oraz niesamowitą elastyczność. Technologie Zur Produktion unserer Waren verwenden wir ausschließlich attestierte Stoffe von höchster Qualität. Die Kerne von unseren Produkten sind gemacht aus Hartem Polystyrol EPS-Schaum, oder PU-Polyurethan. Die Außenbeschichtungen sind Dispersionen von Styrol Acryl mit modifizierten zusätzlichen Quarz Füllstoffen. Wir produzieren vor allem Linienelemente (Gesimse, Leisten, Bossenleisten). die Standardlänge der Elemente beträgt 200 cm (+ - 1 cm). Wir produzieren auch Raumelemente (Säulen Basis und Säulen Kapitell, Bossen, Schlusssteine, usw.). Wir verfügen auch über eineeinmalige Technologie und Materialien, die ermöglichen uns in eine einfache und schnelle Weise zu rekonstruieren architektonische Detale. z.b bei der Renovierung eines Denkmales. 3 Visualization of the facade - before and after FAQ - most asked questions Where can your products be bought? The ordered items may be taken from our warehouse by our client personally. We send also by means of the DPD courier our commodities. In some cases our products are delivered by means of our own transportation. There also exists a possibility of ordering products by hand of our distributors. (To find more please check out the cooperation section). How can I order your stucco? We accept orders by or fax. The commodity is send after the payment upon our bank account is delivered. Visualization of the house (corner view) before final works What should an order include? The order should include the specification of the type and amount of products in running meters (one should bear in mind the additional cm needed in case of the 45 degree cut), the complete data in order to set out an invoice one has to specify the form of payment, contact data and cell phone number. What is the lead time of the order? Architectonic elements which are produced upon the order we send usually within 7-21 working days form the moment of payment. The lead time may be prolonged because of the type of an gross order. How much does the delivery cost? The prize of the transportation is conditioned on the amount of the ordered product. By transportation with a courier firm the prize for a exterior molding, cornices, under the windowsills and others architectural elements is established with the customer individually. Visualization of the house (corner view) after the final works Doesn t stucco-work damage itself during transportation? The packages are protected with a foamed polystyrene surface. Additionally, every delivery is secured with insurance. In case of noticing a package damaged one is suggested to inform the Courier and fill the application form which is in his possession. Only in this situation we will be able to admit a claim. Visualization of the house (back) before the final works What if after receiving the goods they are not in accordance with the order, or something is missing? We attach great importance to it that your order was consistent with previous findings, but nevertheless hypothetically, such a situation may occur. In this case, within three days of delivery report to us that such a situation occured (by phone, or in writting). Complaints in this regard after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. In order to avoid this type of situation, the safest and the best thing to do is to check a package in the presence of the courier or our driver. What is the minimum order? Every order will be realized. Is it possible to receive a sample? We do send samples of our products the cost of a the transportation is paid by the client. Visualization of the house (back) after the final works What is the length of the elements? The standard length is 120 cm, 160 cm, 200 cm (+/- 1). What are your architectonic details made from? Our stucco-work is made of attested and permitted to sales in building industry materials such as : Foamed Polystyrene EPS 200, Styrofoam XPS + flexible water and Frost resistant layer based on polymer and quartz. All of our products can be covered with facade paint. (able to dilute in water). We do not recommend the usage of silicate paints. We suggest painting the profiles with the following types of paint: Greinplast FE, Sigmafacade Elastocoat, Cap-elast Phase 2 Caparol, Ceresit CT44 and CT48 and Atlas Arkol E. PLEASE NOTE - we definitely do not recommend the usage of silicate paints. How do your products look like? The exterior covering is securing a special mortar which is creating a homogeneous layer in a petite structure very much resembling the structure of a sandstone. Visualization of the house (front) after the final works Is it possible to use your cornices as a form of building warming? Cornices are perfectly tailored to the usage for any type of walls e.g. on traditional stucco, facades made from stone and bricks and especially buildings secured on the exterior with Styrofoam, as well as mineral wool, where the montage of bigger elements is very difficult. One has only to adjust the adequate glue to the wall.

4 On which stage of the building process, your profiles are to be montaged? Our architectonic elements should be montaged after the warming and reinforcement of the walls is done, but before the ending jobs, such as: putting of the structural plaster on the wall or painting. (for warmed buildings). You may also montage our profiles afterwards, remembering to use the proper glue. The montage on already finished facades is more time-consuming because of the rough walls. However, by means of a precise ending usually it is enough to make small painting changes. Sample window sets Is the montage difficult? The technology of the montage is easy. There are no Professional tools needed. The cornices are light and flexible which makes easier the montage itself. Do you produce for renovation purposes and can you recreate architectonic items according to the pattern? Yes. We produce all sorts of cornices and many more architectonic details for renovation purposes. Is there a possibility of ordering profiles cut for a particular size? Of course it is possible; however, one has to add an 15% fee for one running meter of a given profile. Length of the profiles can not be longer than 200 cm. Do you produce arches and how much do they cost? Virtually, we are able to cut out almost every arch that our client needs. The prize of the arch is 100% more expensive than the prize of the profiles running meter, from which the arch should be produced. His length is always to be measured on the outside. How to measure an arch window? For window and door openings ended with a half of an circle it is enough to give the diameter measured form the inside opening; minus 5 mm for possible inequalities of the arch to cover with the profile. Afterwards even the interior opening with the edge of the profile by using spatula. What if the arch is not a half of an circle but its extract? For window and door openings ended with a different circle one has to give two measurements : The diameter of the arch measured inside of the opening, and the height of the arch measured from the arch bottom to its highest point. What if the arch is an ellipse? In this case is a sample needed which one can make from plywood or cardboard; thereafter, send us the sample. How to estimate the length of the needed profiles? By estimating the length of the profile one has to remember of adding one width of the profile to the height of the opening and two widths of the profile to the width of the opening. It is recommended to add some additional 2-3 cm on each side. How to measure the length of the under window sills? The length of the under window sill should be the minimum of the opening in the window width plus double of the width profile applicate around the window. Do you cut the window sills on the required length? Of course, the prize of every under window sill includes already the cut to the needed length and fabric made endings of the under window sill. One has only to give the specific length to which the profiles are to be cut.
