3 PL Kolejność czynności przy montażu Zdemontować panele boczne w bagażniku oraz opróżnić jego podłogę.. Zdemontować zderzak. Patrz rysunek Po zdemontowaniu zderzaka wyciąć fragment w środkowej części od spodu zderzaka zgodnie z rysunkiem Zdemontować wsporniki zderzaka po lewej i prawej stronie jego wypełnienia. Te elementy nie będą ponownie montowane. Patrz rysunek Umieścić wsporniki boczne (4 i 5) zaczepu kulowego w lewej i prawej podłużnicy ramy podwozia i skręcić je luźno śrubami M0x45mm (5). 6. Umieścić górne wsporniki (6 i 7) i zamocować je śrubami M0x35mm (6) oraz Mx45mm (4). 7. Wsunąć belkę główną zaczepu () wraz ze wspornikami dolnymi (8 i 9) i skręcić śrubami M6xmm (), M0x35mm (6) oraz Mx45mm (4). 8. Przykręcić cześć kulistą zaczepu () śrubami Mx75mm () oraz Mx70mm (3) wraz z blachą pod gniazdo (3). 9. Zamontować wypełnienie zderzaka do belki zaczepu zgodnie z rysunkiem Zamontować zderzak.. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem jak pokazano w tabeli.. Podłączyć przewody gniazdka 7 bieg. do instalacji elektrycznej zgodnie z instrukcją fabryczną samochodu (zaleca się wykonanie waso). 3. Uzupełnić ewentualne ubytki powłoki malarskiej zaczepu powstałe w trakcie montażu. GB The instruction of the assembly. Remove the side panels from the luggage compartment and clear the boot and floor.. Disassemble the bumper. See figure Cut out a fragment of the middle of the underside of the bumper as shown in figure Remove the bumper supports from left and right along with the bumper inner fittings. They will not be assembled again. See figure Position side brackets (4 and 5) of the towing hitch into the left and right chassis member and fix them loosely using bolts M0x45mm (5). 6. Apply upper brackets (6 and 7) and fix them using bolts M0x35mm (6) and Mx45mm (4). 7. Slip the main bar () of the towing hitch together with lower brackets (8 and 9) and fix them using bolts M6xmm (), M0x35mm (6) and Mx45mm (4). 8. Fix tow-ball () and the socket plate (3) using bolts Mx75mm () and Mx70mm (3) from accessories. 9. Fix the bumper inner fittings to the main bar of the towing hitch. See figure Install the bumper.. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table.. Connect electric wires of 7-poles socket according to the instruction of the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service station). 3. Complete paint layer damaged during installation. D Anbauanleitung. Die Seitenverkleidungen im Kofferraum demontieren und den Boden frei machen.. Die Stoßstange demontieren. Siehe Zeichnung Einen Teil im mittleren Teil der Stoßstange von unten, gemäß der Zeichnung 0, ausschneiden. 4. Die Halter der Stoßstange an der linken und rechten Seite ihrer Füllung demontieren. Diese Teile werden nicht mehr montiert. Siehe Zeichnung Die Seitenhalter (4 und 5) deranhängekupplung in den linken und rechten Längsträger einsetzen. Mit Hilfe von den Schrauben M0x45mm (5) leicht anziehen. 6. Die oberen Halter (6 und 7) und mit Hilfe von den Schrauben M0x35mm (6) und Mx45mm (4) festziehen. 7. Die Tragarme deranhängekpplung () mit den unteren Haltern (8 und 9) und mit Hilfe von den Schrauben M6xmm (), M0x35mm (6) und Mx45mm (4) festziehen. 8. Die Kupplungskugel deranhängekupplung () mit Hilfe von den Schrauben Mx75mm () und Mx70mm (3) fixieren. Mit der ersten Schraube auch das Halteblech der Steckdosenplatte (3) festziehen. 9. Die Füllung der Stoßstange an die Tragarme deranhängekupplung gemäß der Zeichnung 03 montieren. 0. Die Stoßstange montieren.. Alle Schrauben gemäß derangaben in der Tabelle festziehen.. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen. 3. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der Anhängekupplung ausbessern

4 F Instructions de montage. Déposer les panneaux latéraux du coffre. Dégager le plancher du coffre.. Démonter le pare-chocs. Consulter le dessin Découper la partie du pare-chocs dans sa partie centrale conformément au dessin. 4. Démonter les supports du pare-chocs à gauche et à droite du son remplissage. Ils ne seront plus remontés. Consulter le dessin Placer les appuis latéraux (pos.4 et 5) dans le longeron gauche et droit et serrer de manière lâche à l'aide des vis M0x45mm (5). 6. Placer les appuis supérieurs (6 et 7) et les monter à l'aide des vis M0x35mm (6) et Mx45mm (4). 7. Placer la poutre principale de l'attelage () avec les appuis inférieurs (8 et 9) et serrer à l'aide des vis M6xmm (), M0x35mm (6) et Mx45mm (4). 8. Monter la boule de l'attelage () à l'aide des vis Mx75mm () et Mx70mm (3) avec la tôle sous la prise (3). 9. Monter le remplissage conformément au dessin Monter le pare-chocs.. Serrer toutes les vis aux couples de serrage, comme indiqué dans le tableau.. Connecter les câbles de la prise 7 à l'installation électrique en conformité avec les instructions d'une usine automobile (recommandé la mise en œuvre d'une station-service autorisée). 3.
