MONTAGE - und BETRIEBSANLEITUNG DER ANHÄNGEKUPPLUNG 5 A 9(x8) 0 8 Die Anhängekupplung (Katalognummer WA) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: SUZUKI SWIFT, /5 Türer, WD ab Bj. 05.005 bis 08.00, dient zum ziehen der Anhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 00 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max. 50 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der Anhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden Anweisungen zu beachten. Die Anhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen Befestigungsstellen montiert werden. Anbauanleitung. Die Stoßstange demontieren.. Den hinteren Sitz zusammenklappen, den Teppichboden und die Seitenverkleidungen aus dem Kofferraum herausnehmen. D B C. Den Halter der Brennstoffleitung, links im unteren Teil unter dem Kofferraum, locker machen.. Die original gekörnten Stellen (Pos.A) im Kofferraum suchen, mit dem Bohrer ø0mm bohren, dann mit dem Bohrer ømm vergrößern. Die Distanzhülsen (Pos.) einschieben. 5. Am Punkt (Pos.B) den Boden des Kofferraums von unten an der rechten Seite körnen und mit dem Bohrer ø0mm durchbohren.. Die Laschen (Pos.) auf das Loch (Pos.B) auflegen, die Schraube M0x80mm einsetzen, den Punkt (Pos.C) markieren. Die Lasche wegnehmen und mit dem Bohrer ø0mm durchbohren. Die Löcher (Pos. B u. C) bis ømm vergrößern. Die Distanzhülsen herein tun.. Den Halter (Pos.) über das Auspuffrohr anlegen und mit der Lasche (Pos.) mit den Schrauben M0x80mm (Pos.) verschrauben. 8. Die Tragarme der Anhängerkupplung (Pos.) an der Zugöse siehe Zeichnung, leicht verschrauben. Die Distanzhülse (Pos.8) und die Distanzunterlegscheiben (Pos.9) zwischen die Kugelhalter legen. 9. Die Lasche (Pos.5) auf die Löcher (Pos.A) legen, mit den Tragarmen der Anhängerkupplung (Pos.) entsprechend mit den Schrauben M0x80mm (Pos.) und der Schraube mit dem kegeligen Kopf und sechseckigen Fassung M0x90mm (Pos.) verschrauben. 0. Die Tragarme der Anhängerkupplung (Pos.) mit dem Halter (Pos.) mit den Schrauben Mx0mm und M0x0mm (Pos. u. ) verschrauben.. Den hinteren Sitz ausklappen, den Teppichboden und die Seitenverkleidung des Kofferraums herein tun. Achtung! Falls nötig, die Ausschnitte in den Seitenverkleidungen ausführen.. Die Kupplungskugel gemäß der Anbauanleitung der Anhängekupplung mit dem schnelldemontierbaren Aufsatz anbringen. Das Steckdosenhalter (Pos. ) mit verschrauben.. Alle Schrauben gemäß den Angaben in der Tabelle festziehen.. Die Stoßstange montieren, vorher einen Teil ausschneiden. 5. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen.. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der Anhängerkupplung ausbessern. Drehmomente für Schrauben und Muttern 8.8: M - Nm M 8-5 Nm M 0-50 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 0 Nm ACHTUNG Nach dem Anbau der Anhängekupplung sind die nationalen Vorschriften zur Anbauabnahme und zur Änderung der Fahrzeugpapiere zu beachten. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen Blinkern und Rückspiegeln, deren Abstand mindestens der Anhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. Alle Befestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 000 km Anhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen. Die Kugel der Anhängekupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.

The towbar should be install in points described by a car producer. 8 D B C The instruction of the assembly. Disassemble the rear bumper.. Fold the backseats forward, then fold up the trunk upholstery.. Loosen the fuel hose support in the lower side of left-side undercarriage extension... Find original plugged holes in the trunk on the left side (pos. A) and drill it using bit ø0mm, then enlarge it to ømm. In holes put distance sleeves (pos. ). 5. Mark floor of the trunk underneath the car in point B and drill using bit ø0mm.. Inside the trunk put fish-plate (pos. ) on hole B, put bolt M0x80mm. Then mark point C, take out fish-plate and drill ø0mm. Holes pos. B and C enlarge to ømm and put distance sleeves pos... Put bracket (pos. ) above the exhaust and fix with fish-plate (pos. ) using bolts M0x80mm (pos. ) loosely. 8. Main bar of the towbar fix loosely with towing eye see figure. Distance sleeve (pos. 8) and distance plate (pos. 9) place between ball brackets. 9. Fish-plate (pos. 5) put on holes (pos. A) and fix with main bar (pos. ) using bolt M0x80mm (pos. ) and countersunk bolt M0x90mm (pos. ). 0. Fix main bar (pos. ) to bracket (pos. ) using bolts Mx0mm and M0x0mm (pos. and ).. Fix body of the automat and the socket plate (pos. ) using bolts M from accessories. Place tow-ball (pos. ) according to supplied instruction.. Reassemble the bumper after cut out his fragment.. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table.. Connect electric wires of -poles socket according to the instruction of the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service station) 5. DE LA PART DU FABRICANT Merci d'avoir choisi l'attelage produit par notre société. Son fiabilité a été confirmée dans de nombreux tests et par les opinions des clients satisfaits. Toutefois, la fiabilité des dispositifs d'attelage à boule dépend aussi de l'installation et de l exploitation correcte. Pour cette raison, nous vous demandons de lire attentivement cette instruction de montage et de respecter les conseils. L'attelage doit être monté dans des emplacements prévus à ce but par le fabricant de voiture. D B C Instructions de montage. Démonter le pare-chocs.. Replier le siège arrière et plier le tapis du coffre.. Détacher la conduite de carburant à gauche, dans la partie basse sous le coffre.. Trouver des points marqués (pos.a) dans le coffre et les percer avec la mèche ø0mm, ensuite percer jusqu à ømm. Glisser les douilles d écartement (pos. ). 5. Pointer le plancher du coffre à l emplacement (pos.b) du dessous, à droite et percer avec la mèche ø0mm.. Dans le coffre, introduire l éclisse (pos.) sur le trou (pos.b) et mettre la vis M0x80mm, marquer le point (pos.c), enlever l éclisse et percer avec la mèche ø0mm. Percer les trous (pos.b et C) jusqu à ømm et y mettre les douilles d écartement.. Placer l appui (pos.) au dessus du tuyau d'échappement et serrer avec l éclisse (pos.) à l aide des vis M0x80mm (pos. ) de manière lâche. 8. Serrer la poutre principale (pos.) à l anneau de remorquage (serrer de manière lâche) consulter le dessin. Placer la douille d écartement (pos.8) et les rondelles d écartement (pos.9) entre les appuis de la boule. 9. Placer l éclisse (pos.5) sur les trous (pos.a) et serrer avec la poutre de l attelage (pos.) à l aide de vis M0x80mm (pos. ) et de vis à tête fraisée à empreinte Hexagonale M0x90mm (pos. ). 0. Serrer l attelage (pos.) avec l appui (pos.) à l aide des vis Mx0mm et M0x0mm (pos. i ).. Fixer le carter du mécanisme automatique et la boule conformément aux instructions, jointes au crochet d attelage avec l attache facilement démontable. Attention! N'oubliez pas de fixer la tôle sous la prise (pos.) à l aide de première de ces vis.. Monter le pare-chocs après avoir découpé un fragment.. Connecter les câbles de la prise -broche à l'installation électrique en conformité avec les instructions du constructeur automobil (recommandé la mise en œuvre d une station-service autorisée).. Réparer les dommages à la peinture causés durant l'installation. Couples de serrage recommandé pour les vis et les écrous 8,8: M - Nm M 8-5 Nm M 0-50 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 0 Nm Attention Après le montage du dispositif d'attelage à boule, il faut obtenir l inscription dans le certificat d immatriculation de vehicule à la station de contrôle technique, adéquate au domicile. Le véhicule doit être équipé de : - indicateurs de direction latéraux - retroviseurs exterieurs, elles doivent couvrir au moins la largeur de remorque Vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie après 000 km de traction. La boule d'attelage doit être maintenue propre et conservée de graisse consistente.

Złożyć tylne siedzenie oraz zwinąć wykładzinę w bagażniku.. Poluźnić uchwyt przewodu paliwowego po lewej stronie w dolnej części pod bagażnikiem.. Odszukać w bagażniku po lewej stronie miejsca fabrycznie napunktowane (poz. A) i przewiercić wiertłem ø0mm, a następnie rozwiercić do ømm. W otwory wsunąć tulejki dystansowe (poz. ). 5. Zapunktować podłogę bagażnika w miejscu (poz. B) od spodu po prawej stronie i przewiercić wiertłem ø0mm.. W bagażniku nałożyć nakładkę (poz. ) na otwór (poz. B) i umieścić śrubę M0x80mm, zaznaczyć punk (poz. C) zdjąć nakładkę i przewiercić wiertłem ø0mm. Otwory (poz. B i C) rozwiercić do ømm i umieścić w nich tulejki dystansowe.. Przyłożyć wspornik (poz. ) ponad rurą wydechową i skręcić z nakładką (poz. ) śrubami M0x80mm (poz. ) luźno. 8. Belkę zaczepu (poz. ) przykręcić luźno do ucha holowniczego patrz rysunek. Tulejkę dystansową (poz. 8) i podkładki dystansowe (poz. 9) umieścić pomiędzy wspornikami kuli. 9. Nakładkę (poz. 5) przyłożyć na otwory (poz. A) i skręcić z belką zaczepu (poz. ) odpowiednio śrubą M0x80mm (poz. ) i śrubą z łbem stożkowym i gniazdem sześciokątnym M0x90mm (poz. ). 0. Skręcić hak (poz. ) ze wspornikiem (poz. ) śrubami Mx0mm i M0x0mm (poz. i ).. Przykręcić korpus automatu wraz z blachą pod gniazdo (poz. ). Zamocować kulę zgodnie z instrukcją dołączaną do zaczepu z końcówką szybkodemontowalną.. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem, jak pokazano w tabeli.. Zamontować zderzak po uprzednim wycięciu jego fragmentu.. Podłączyć przewody z gniazdka bieg. do instalacji elektrycznej zgodnie z instrukcją fabryczną samochodu (zaleca się wykonanie w ASO). 5. Uzupełnić ewentualne ubytki powłoki malarskiej zaczepu powstałe w trakcie montażu. Zalecany moment skręcający dla śrub i nakrętek 8,8: M - Nm M8-5 Nm M0-50 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 8 Nm M - 0 Nm UWAGA Po zamontowaniu zaczepu kulowego należy uzyskać wpis w dowodzie rejestracyjnym pojazdu na stacji kontroli pojazdów właściwej dla miejsca zamieszkania. Samochód powinien być wyposażony w : -kierunkowskazy boczne -lusterka boczne o rozstawie, co najmniej szerokości przyczepy. Sprawdzać śruby mocujące zaczepu kulowego po około 000 km przebiegu eksploatacji. Kula zaczepu musi być utrzymana w czystości i konserwowana smarem stałym
