KOMUNIKAT MINISTRA NAUKI I SZKOLNICTWA WYŻSZEGO 1) z dnia 1 lipca 2016 r. o sprostowaniu komunikatu w sprawie wykazu czasopism naukowych wraz z liczbą punktów przyznawanych za publikacje w tych czasopismach Na podstawie art. 14 ust. 2 rozporządzenia Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 13 lipca 2012 r. w sprawie kryteriów i trybu przyznawania kategorii naukowej jednostkom naukowym (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1126) ogłasza się, co następuje: 1) w załączniku do komunikatu Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 18 grudnia 2015 r. w sprawie wykazu czasopism naukowych wraz z liczbą punktów przyznawanych za publikacje w tych czasopismach, zwanego dalej załącznikiem, w części A wykazu czasopism naukowych usuwa się pozycje: Lp. Objaśnienia do komunikatu Załącznik do komunikatu Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 18 grudnia 2015 r. w sprawie wykazu czasopism naukowych wraz z liczbą punktów przyznawanych za publikacje w tych czasopismach, zwany dalej załącznikiem, wymagał sprostowania ze względu na rozpatrzenie przez Zespół specjalistyczny do oceny czasopism naukowych dla potrzeb przyszłej oceny parametrycznej i sporządzenia wykazu wybranych czasopism naukowych uwag i zastrzeżeń do komunikatu przesłanych do Ministerstwa. W związku z powyższym w wykazie czasopism naukowych 1) zamieszczonym w załączniku: 1) w części A zawierającej liczbę punktów za publikacje w czasopismach naukowych posiadających współczynnik wpływu Impact Factor (IF), znajdujących się w bazie Journal Citation Reports (JCR), usunięto 26 pozycji, z tego 4 pozycje, które występowały zarówno w części A, jak i w części C, oraz 22 pozycje, które zostały przeniesione do części C, gdzie otrzymały więcej punktów; 2) w części B zawierającej liczbę punktów za publikacje w czasopismach naukowych nieposiadających współczynnika wpływu Impact Factor (IF): a) w 58 pozycjach skorygowano punktację, ponieważ uwagi i zastrzeżenia w tym zakresie zostały uznane za zasadne, b) w 5 pozycjach skorygowano tytuły czasopism, przy czym w 4 pozycjach wraz z numerami ISSN, ponieważ uwagi i zastrzeżenia w tym zakresie zostały uznane za zasadne, c) usunięto 5 pozycji, które przeniesiono do części C, d) dodano 4 nowe pozycje; 3) w części C zawierającej liczbę punktów za publikacje w czasopismach naukowych znajdujących się w bazie European Reference Index for the Humanities (ERIH): a) w 412 pozycjach skorygowano punktację, ponieważ po zastosowaniu nowych metod identyfikacji 412 czasopism uzyskało lepsze wyniki w części C wykazu, b) w 3 pozycjach skorygowano tytuły czasopism wraz z numerami ISSN, natomiast w 3 pozycjach skorygowano numery ISSN (w oparciu o aktualną bazę czasopism SCIMAGO), c) usunięto 7 pozycji, które występowały zarówno w części A albo B, jak i w części C, d) dodano 27 pozycji, z tego 22 pozycji przeniesionych z części A i 5 pozycji przeniesionych z części B. 1) Pisownia tytułów czasopism naukowych ujętych w wykazie jest zgodna z bazą Journal Citation Reports (JCR) dla części A wykazu, z bazą European Reference Index for the Humanities (ERIH) dla części C wykazu oraz z tytułami czasopism podanymi przez ich redakcję w złożonych ankietach dla części B wykazu, w szczególności może nie uwzględniać znaków diakrytycznych. 18
