MONTAGE - und BETRIEBSANLEITUNG DER ANHÄNGEKUPPLUNG 1 5 Die Anhängekupplung (Katalognummer C3A) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: FORD MONDEO 4-5 Türer, ab Bj..2000 bis 12.200, dient zum ziehen der Anhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 100 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max. 5 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der Anhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden Anweisungen zu beachten. Die Anhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen Befestigungsstellen montiert werden. 1 1 1 3 1 1 2 4 Anbauanleitung 1. Die Abdeckungen aus Kunststoff im Fahrzeug von unten rechts abschrauben. 2. Die Stoßstange nur von unten abschrauben. (Nur die lange Abdeckschürze) Dann die Schablone für die Ausschnitte anlegen. 3. Den Nachschalldämpfer von der hinteren Aufhängung herunter lassen und das Hitzeschild abschrauben. 4. Die Distanzhülsen Ø 1 L= 0 mm (Pos.) in die Längsträger in die dazu vorgesehenen Stellen einschieben. 5. Den Seitenhalter (Pos.5) C3L an den linken Längsträger (innere Seite) anlegen und mit den Schrauben Mx1mm (Pos.) verschrauben (Den Halter Pos. an die Außenseite anlegen).. Die Seitenhalter (Pos.4) C3R an den rechten Längsträger (innere Seite) anlegen und mit den Schrauben Mx1mm verschrauben (Den Halter Pos. an die Außenseite anlegen).. Die Tragarme der Anhängerkupplung (Pos.1) an die Seitenhalter (Pos. 4 u. 5) mit den Schrauben M 12x35mm (Pos.) verschrauben. (Um die Tragarme einzuschieben, soll die Heckschürze abgezogen werden). Die Kupplungskugel gemäß der Anbauanleitung der Anhängekupplung mit dem schnelldemontierbaren Aufsatz anbringen.. Den Steckdosenhalter (Pos.3) gemäß der Zeichnung verschrauben.. Alle Schrauben gemäß den Angaben in der Tabelle festziehen. 11. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der Anschlussanleitung des Herstellers anschließen. 12. Falls nötig, den beschädigten Farbanstrich ausbessern. Drehmomente für Schrauben und Muttern.: M - 11 Nm M - 25 Nm M - 50 Nm M 12 - Nm M 14-13 Nm M1-2 Nm ACHTUNG Nach dem Anbau der Anhängekupplung sind die nationalen Vorschriften zur Anbauabnahme und zur Änderung der Fahrzeugpapiere zu beachten. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen Blinkern und Rückspiegeln, deren Abstand mindestens der Anhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. Alle Befestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 1 000 km Anhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen. Die Kugel der Anhängekupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.

Underneath the car, from the right side disassemble plastic cover plate. 2. Disassemble rear bumper only from below (long cover overalls). Next put template and make cut according to this template. 3. Get lower the bumper from rear handle and disassemble thermal shield. 4. In chassis members (in adequatebly places) put sleeves ø1 L=0mm (pos. ). 5. To the left chassis member (internal side) fix element (pos. 5), marked as C3L, using bolts Mx1mm pos. (use fish plate pos. ).. To the right chassis member (internal side) fix element (pos. 4), marked as C3R, using bolts Mx1mm pos. (use fish plate pos. ).. To that prepared elements (pos. 4 and 5) fix main bar of towbar (pos. 1) using bolts M12x35mm pos. (to make this operation easily pull cover overalls).. Fix body of the automat (pos. 22) using bolts M12x25mm (pos. ) from accessories. Place tow-ball (pos. 2) according to supplied instruction.. Fix the socket plate (pos. 3) as shown on the drawing.. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table. 11. Connect electric wires of -poles socket according to the instruction of the car. Au dessous du véhicule, du côté droit - démonter le cache en plastique. 2. Démonter le pare-chocs, uniquement du dessous. Ensuite, positionner le modèle selon lequel il faut faire les découpes. 3. Abaisser le silencieux de la dernière suspension et desserrer la protection thermique. 4. Glisser les douilles ø1 L=0mm (pos. ) dans les longerons. 5. Serrer l élément de l attelage (pos. 5), celui désigné par numéro C3L au longeron gauche (la partie interne) à l aide des vis Mx1mm pos. (utiliser l éclisse pos. la partie externe).. Serrer l élément de l attelage (pos. 4), celui désigné par numéro C3R au longeron droit (la partie interne) à l aide des vis Mx1mm (utiliser l éclisse pos. la partie externe).. Serrer la poutre principale de l attelage (pos. 1) aux éléments ainsi préparés (pos. 4 et 5), à l aide des vis M12x35mm pos. (déplier le cache pour pouvoir glisser l élément pos. 1).. Serrer le carter du mécanisme automatique (pos. 22) à l aide des vis M12x25mm (pos. ).
