REGULAMIN KONKURSU 1. Organizatorem IV Międzynarodowego Konkursu Organowego 2019 w Katowicach jest Katedra Organów i Muzyki Kościelnej Akademii Muzycznej im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Katowicach 2. Współorganizatorem konkursu jest Katedra Ewangelicko-Augsburska Zmartwychwstania Pańskiego w Katowicach. 3. Konkurs odbędzie się w dniach 23-27 września 2019 r. 4. IV Międzynarodowy Konkurs Organowy 2019 w Katowicach jest konkursem interpretacji muzyki organowej. 5. Konkurs jest otwarty dla organistów wszystkich narodowości urodzonych po 31 grudnia 1984 roku. 6. Przesłuchania konkursowe są otwarte dla publiczności. 7. Do I etapu zostanie zakwalifikowanych maksymalnie 25 uczestników (decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń), do II etapu maksymalnie 10, do III etapu-maksymalnie 5. 8. Listy uczestników i laureatów konkursu zostaną podane do publicznej wiadomości. 9. Zgłoszenie udziału w konkursie wraz z potwierdzeniem wpłaty wpisowego w wysokości 200 PLN lub 50 Euro należy wysłać do 31 maja 2019 roku, korzystając z formularza zgłoszeniowego dostępnego na stronie Akademii Muzycznej w Katowicach na adres: Akademia Muzyczna im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Katowicach, ul. Zacisze 3, 40-025 Katowice, z dopiskiem Konkurs Organowy Nr konta: 22 1050 1214 1000 0007 0000 7875 Do formularza należy dołączyć: skan dowodu osobistego lub paszportu 10. Decyzja o przyjęciu zgłoszenia zostanie wysłana do dnia 10 czerwca 2019 roku. 11.W przypadku rezygnacji z uczestnictwa w konkursie wpisowe nie będzie zwrócone. 12. Koszty podróży, zakwaterowania i wyżywienia uczestnicy konkursu pokrywają we własnym zakresie. Organizatorzy oferują wygodne i tanie miejsca w Domu Studenta Akademii Muzycznej w Katowicach. 13. Organizatorzy zapewniają uczestnikom registratorów, zarówno podczas przesłuchań jak i podczas prób. Każdy uczestnik konkursu ma prawo przyjechać z własnym registratorem, który sam pokrywa koszty pobytu. 14. Każdy uczestnik ma prawo do 1,5 godz. próby przed I etapem oraz 1,5 godz. prób przed II etapem i 2 godzin przed III etapem. Dodatkowo Organizatorzy zapewniają możliwość ćwiczeń na 2-manuałowym instrumencie Schuke w gmachu Akademii Muzycznej. 15. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do rejestracji audiowizualnej przesłuchań konkursowych i koncertu laureatów oraz nieodpłatnego ich wykorzystania. Laureaci nagród zobowiązani są do udziału w koncercie laureatów bez wynagrodzenia. PROGRAM I etap 23-24 września, Akademia Muzyczna, Aula im. B. Przewidziano przyznanie 3 kolejnych nagród. Kwoty nagród podlegają opodatkowaniu, zgodnie z Ustawą o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych. Wypłata nagrody następuje w formie przelewu na konto bankowe. 2. Dodatkową nagrodą dla laureatów są zaproszenia do wykonania recitalu w ramach festiwali organowych. 3. Osoby nagrodzone otrzymują tytuł Laureata Międzynarodowego Konkursu Organowego w Katowicach. 4. Wszyscy uczestnicy dostaną certyfikat udziału w konkursie. Uczestnicy III etapu dostaną certyfikat udziału w finale i tytuł Finalisty Konkursu. Dieterich Buxtehude Preludium g-moll BuxWV 163 JURY 1.
